The hotel exuded a rather dim and heavy atmosphere, leaving me longing for a brighter and livelier ambiance. It would have been much more enjoyable had the setting been arranged to evoke a sense of vibrancy and lightness.

Nice staff. Near to plenty of eateries. Not really close to much else.

That it said 2 x pools. Only had 1 indoor pool. The other pool was a spa poo that was also inside andl that was not working and hadnt been for some time. Not that impressed.

The hotel location is good and awaliking distance to a mall, the hotel is also surrounded by many restaurants. Wonderful hotel staff, they are very collaborative and welling to assist you in every possible way. Special thanks for saving my luggage with them for the day after I checked out, this allowed me to explore the city comfortably. Also, the suhoor is very good and well organised .

The room does not have a city view as the hotel is located inside a neighbourhood. The hair dryer is not working.

Location and friendly staff. It was close to everything and taxi station is right next to the entrance. We got an upgrade for the room to a suite so it was super spacious

The deco stale was a bit old

I booked a family room and this option was excellent for my family (my self and my wife and 2 teenage girls) as it has and 1/2 bath and 2 bedroom and living area. the fact that breakfast is included is a big plus.

I liked the property itself but the front desk not as much. they rarely greet us on they see us and when they do I don’t feel the sincerely in their word. on our check out day while he seen me struggling and sweating from carrying our luggage to the car he didn’t offer to help or call concierge to help. the facility is great but front dest personnel need a course in how to communicate with customers

Location is good, good and arranged Parking lot. Excellent value off money. Highly recommended hotel

The staff service was not flexible, they even charged me money for some extra bottles of water. While checking in, the the receptionist accepted the forth person (extra added) in our booking as free of charge, so I paid the a mount he asked for ( exact amount of our booking). While checking out another receptionist was on duty and he asked me to pay for the extra person. This is totally unprofessional, if I knew it at the beginning I would of downgraded the rooms type so I do not need to pay extra money.

Location is close to everything. Staff were very friendly and nice

They had a problem with the shower. Cold and hot water. The water is either very hot or very cold. Almost impossible to adjust

Accommodations and facilities are fantastic. Breakfast is nice.

Hotel need to read carefully visitors recommendations in the booking app to avoid confusion.

Thanks for the upgrade and exceptional service received from all staff. Breakfast buffet was great  and the family rooms with connections superb.  Location with easy accessibility to malls , outlets and sapanga and Kartiba mountains. Recommend with rating 10 out of 10
