Loved everything about it. Staff 10/10 Ahmet and the other guy sorry I forget his name were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help us Mae feel as cozy and it could ever be. They lit the bbq and bring it ready at your door step. The place was nothing short of amazing with beautiful garden and decent size pool in which the kids had a blast. The drive to the place is nice and the streets are fine. The breakfast was extremely good. The ladies working in the restaurant were very nice. There is a small playground for the kids and the team and coffee are complementary. If you are in the area and looking for a bungalow, look no further! This is your spot and you’ll love it. The staff was amazing, kind, helpful, friendly. The hotel was super clean, just steps from the cable car station. The breakfast was amazing ( included) and all day long coffee, tea and salty and sweet fresh snacks.

The only negative we found is that there is not a restaurant to eat at midday or night at the hotel or close by, and we have to go out or make a delivery to have dinner with the limited options of the town. Still, it was a great experience. Perhaps because they have bungalows and people go there with cars to wander around. Our case, was just to relax at the hotel, enjoy the view and the snow at the hill. We loved it.

The cottage is astonishing, it’s 10 times prettier than the pictures provided everything was very tidy and clean the staff were extremely friendly and they explained everything thing, everything was prepared, and they provided us with free tea, coffee, wood for the fireplace, and if you want to do a BBQ they will provide you with all the instruments needed for free, the location in on top of the hill so the view was amazing and every cottage have its own private swimming pool.

Everything was amazing The best place for meditation & great escape from the noise of city life. Kartepe teriflic entrance is walking distance. Breakfast is included We stayed in villa 7. 2 rooms with a living room & kitchen has all items to cook. Eray from reception was very supportive & professional Definitely will come again :)

I usually do not give a 10/10 rating.but this hotel was truly exceptional in each and every aspect, like they did not miss any detail! The staff was extremely friendly and generous. The room was very large, and the bathroom was almost another room from the size of it! The balcony was also big and the view was marvelous. All amenities were placed. Cleanliness was perfect. I could write a lot but you need to stay at this place and see for yourself.

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. I ran into car trouble with my rental, and the staff helped me way more than they’re supposed to in terms of calling for help, translating, and regularly checking if I needed more. The breakfast was fabulous and the servers were great and gave us what we needed.

The AC does not cool the bedroom upstairs very well, so it would be cold downstairs in living room, but barely cool upstairs.

I liked that it was a self contained Villa onlooking a great view. The rooms were very much brand new. Small pool (not enough to swim in).

I booked this mainly for privacy but the Telefrik (Cable Cars) passed over the villa we were staying in. So anyone who was on this could see me and my family. We even got whistled at and people shouting towards us. Maybe this was the villa we were staying in but I believe all of the Villas are clearly viewable by the Cable Cars.

I had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the impeccable quality of everything. The room was not only spacious and clean but also adorned with new furniture and delightful decorations that added a touch of elegance. Fantastic location atop a mountain. The views are simply breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff at the hotel deserve a special mention. Their level of dedication and professionalism was evident in every interaction. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a remarkable getaway.

duvet a bit small for bed and thin curtains didn't block out the light in the mezzanine bedroom because they don't extend over the stairwell

Absolutely beautiful suite and very kind staff, The view is phenomenal and design is amazing and really neat, They were still working on building more room options bellow the hotel but they were quite and didn’t affect our stay. So I will definitely visit this place again in the future and stay in the chalet. Thanks to everyone who works especially the receptionist girl who helped us through our stay there and also the manager was very respectful.
