The location and facilities met our needs completely. There is a generous breakfast included and we had a quiet room. I particularly enjoyed the cleaning staff who were so helpful and did an excellent job.

I would say anything that is not likeable can be ascribed to the over expectations of those who travel. This is a lovely hotel and Konya is a unique and marvellous experience. The people, everyone we spoke to, was helpful and interested in being of assistance. A remarkable characteristic in these troubled times. The young man on the front desk was also available and helpful .

That was my second stay here and if I ever go back to Konya - this hotel is my first choice. Breakfast was excellent, the room was nice and spacious, the beds - comfortable, the bathroom - good, the location is great and the place is just beautiful. It's also good value for money. Actually, I was looking forward to my stay there and it didn't disappoint.

Absolutely nothing

the helpful Staff and the assistance we got from the manager. specially that we from South Africa and cannot speak the language they assisted us using a translater which made it so easy. Transport and directions was easy from the hotel

Not bad for this price. Good location. Clean rooms. Good soundproofing.

Too dark. Poor breakfast

Parking was nearby in the open air carpark.

Room was musty and there was no a/c at night. Simple solution from reception was to open window which allowed the sounds of people walking and dogs barking to be heard all night.

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

The light button for the bathroom was broken so was the button to flush the toilet. There was also a weird stain at the bottom of the bed cover.

The room smelled like smoke. Super outdated hotel. Need renovation ASAP.
