Our stay at Novotel Konya was very good for me and my family. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was excellent and varied.

However, we experienced some street noise in our room despite staying on the 7th floor, which slightly affected our comfort during the night.

Rooms where cozy and bed was comfortable. Shower was high water pressure, clean and high quality bed linen

The only thing I didn't like the room didn't have air flow like I couldn't open the window for fresh air. Even a little bit window open. Could make a big difference

Excellent hotel in a great location. I’d definitely stay here again, breakfast was excellent, the staff were great, the hotel was really modern and had fantastic facilities. I loved Kinya as a pace to visit and will definitely go back at some stage.

The spa was not great, it was cold and that’s not good for a sauna or steam room. I do mean the sauna was cold and the steam room had no steam. The spa is subcontracted but was disappointing

Nice Staff, good A/C in the rooms, nice view from the rooftop bar. Good breakfast.

Elevators are a bit slow especially in rush hours. There is a mosque right behind the building so that you wake up from the Imam at 4am when your room is on the backside of the hotel. I don't complain about the Imam, but the isolation of the windows is just not enough so it feels very loud.

As we had a car the travel was fine The breakfast was very good, however we were not told that breakfast was till 11 only on weekends. Nevertheless they said they will bring a plate out for us (which we still waiting for :))

I feel the rooms needs a little touch up as its been a while you can see few scruffs etc

The Breakfast was very well matched and very complex. The staff who served at breakfast was particularly kind and prompt in achieving the requirements. The gentlemen at the reception were very receptive in making the requests, an example of this is the fact that they helped me in booking a taxi for the trip to the airport, at 2 o'clock at night. Also, I appreciated very much the cleaning performed daily by the ladies who were in charge of cleaning.

I was a little disturbed by the fact that, at the room where I stayed, the window could not be closed. It was harder until I got used to the noise of the street.

It was an amazing and enjoyable stay the hotel met our expectations as the welcome us with great attitude.. perfect hotel

Because I booked from booking.con which was the only mistake I made.. booking.com cause me to lose my money and I had to pay for another hotel while I had the right to take my money back but booking did not help me even though they said I have all right so, my recommendation is to book from the hotel directly of through their website which is more safe for the customer instead of using booking.com

The hotel is modern and has a great breakfast.

If you have a car, good luck finding a car space. It is right next to a mosque, which will wake you up with a call to prayer at 4:30 in the morning.

The room is very modern with usb charging points. Tea and coffee machine. Big windows and a good bathroom. The bed is comfortable and everything looked clean. The bar is pleasant and the food in the restaurant is very good.

The shower gel dispenser was empty

Excellent breakfast. The hotel was very comfortable and had everything we needed! We had dinner in the hotel also, which was lovely.

Location wasn't as central as we expected but we were there for just 1 night so it was not a problem for us.
