All the awesome ladies working there particularly Sule with such a great smile & helpfulness & also the elder gentleman working the night shift.

Noisy beds, no privacy curtains ,shower holders not working so you have to hold the shower head by hand, shower doors either missing or not working, smoking everywhere although this isn't an exception but rather a common practice in Turkey . Also a bigger fridge for so many guests will be better than a mini fridge. No bedside outlets to charge your devices.

It's a very nice hostel. I appreciate the hospitality and atmosphere. Rooms are very basic, but it's enough and fair for the price. Sheets are fresh, rooms and bathroom cleaned daily. There are separate blocks for women and men, and of course single and double rooms. There is a washing machine and you can wash your clothes for free. Also there's free coffee and tea. Staff is really helpful and welcoming, it was nice to meet them everyday. Hostel is located in the center of the city, walking distance to Mevlana, and near to the transport hub Culture Park. I travel alone and I felt totally safe, even if I was getting back late (it was time of Mevlana Festival and many events). There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, and staff can recommend the best and cheapest ones. When I go to Konya next time, I will try to stay in Hostelida again.

Beds are not very comfortable, mattresses a bit time-worn. People smoke in the kitchen, but it's natural in Turkiye, so just get used to it :) There was a lot of dust in the bed drawers.

Nice staff. Perfect location. Right in the city center. It’s 30 minutes by tram from the bus station. You need to buy and load a “Konya card” (20L for the card, then the rides are about 9L each). It’s a quick tram ride from the nearby station to the Mevlana Museum. The cultural center is an easy walk from the museum if you’re interested in seeing the Whirling Dervish performance (50L, 7pm on Saturday nights, no reservations required, just go a little early to buy a ticket, the place has food and souvenirs and plenty of seats). Highly recommended! Then take the tram back to the hostel area. Hot and powerful water. There are lockers, ask for a key. They’ll sell you a throwaway type towel for 20L but it dries fast - save it for a few uses! I didn’t check the kitchen but noticed it had very few dishes. This hostel is an excellent value. Don’t let the low price scare you away. It’s a good place to stay.

My bed was creaking. It could use a new mattress.

The bedroom itself was perfect, clean and spacious. It was fully equipped with desks, chairs, closets... and all of them looked new. It took only 20 minutes to walk from the train station, 5 minutes from tram station (to go to/from bus terminal). There were many restaurants, coffee shops near the hostel, you can walk to almost everywhere to visit too. There was free coffee and tea in the kitchen. The staff didnt speak english much but they were very friendly

The bathroom was a bit old, the tissues weren't refilled regularly

Great little place to stay right in the heart of Konya. The train station is a very straightforward and easy walk- maybe 15 minutes?- and the Rumi museum is just another 15 minutes in the other direction. Lots of food and things to do in the area, but the street itself is pretty quiet and out of the way. The room I stayed in was clean and bright and the showers have great pressure. Biggest highlights include ice-cold filtered water, free washing machine and dryer and just wonderful reception. They're always available, knowledgeable, and friendly. Some Turkish would help, but if you speak clearly in English without a bunch of slang or idioms, you'll have no problem. I planned to stay for one night and ended up staying for four!

Only significant detractor is that there absolutely no atmosphere here. I made friends with a girl in my room, but if she hadn't been there I'm not sure I would've met anyone at all- there doesn't seem to be a common room of any sort. My bed was also meh- I could feel the spring in my butt, although maybe the other beds were better. Lastly, I got a weird email from them in Turkish- I'm not sure what it said, but I think it was some issue around payment, although I paid to extend at the front desk every morning. I showed it to the girl at reception and it seems like it got ironed out right away, but just heads up to keep receipts in case.

Great hostel overall, specially the staff was so nice, helpful and pleasant. Hostel is within the vicinity of central city district. All kinds of restaurants and shops are nearby and are open late night. Tram station is only five minutes walk, Mevlana Roomi tomb (Mezaar) is only one and half km away. Both staff person were very cooperative and helping. I will definitely stay again if went back in Konya in future.

Showers and toiles are need to be improved. Kitchen is basic with a small fridge, only available for tea and coffee.

Walking distance from the train station and to the tram stop for the bus station. In the center - plenty of restaurants and shops around. Few minute walk to the Stone Works Museum (which unf is closed for restoration), walking distance/short tram ride to the main mosques, Mevlana Museum (Rumi mausoleum) and Mevlana Cultural Center (derwish ritual dance - every Sat 7pm - 50 TL, no need to book in advance). Quite a big hostel with separate floors for women and men. Staff spreads visitors into separate rooms if possible (I stayed alone in 2 bed room for 2 nights). The towel was not included. There is a little kitchen so you can get tea and coffee probably all day long.

The inside equipment is a bit dated but still functional. The staff speak English but my pronunciation might have hindered our communication. The staff could communicate basic information such as wifi code a bit more proactively.

More than superb, exceeded my expectation by classes. They are located few corners from Konya's main square, Konya's shopping street is just next corner. A larger supermarket with huge selection of food products (cheaper than minimarkets) is 5 minutes on foot . Great staff, hot water right after you open the tap, clean and bright room with nice modern furniture, no cigarette smoke remains in the room (I have terrible experience from other Konya hostels, hotels), excellent value. I booked a bed in a room for three, I was alone for four nights, that was cool.

I liked everything, the location was perfect, right in the city center. The hostel was very clean. The price was amazing, so it was definetely worth. The staff was kind and helpful. The bed is confortable. There is a fan for having some cold air. I booked a small room with 1 bed, but they offered me a bigger room with 2 beds because it was available. I was happy with this because I was alone and I had more space. Definetely I recommend!
