Very nice and modern hotel. Easy to find and and easy free parking. Nice breakfast.

We were treated poorly in the restaurant. We did not have a reservation but the dining room only had 2 tables with customers and nobody was at any of the tables in the bar area. The host told us ALL of the tables were reserved and proceeded to put us in the very back corner (by the restroom and kitchen doors) and not at any of the tables with a view. When we got ready to leave 1.5 hrs later, ALL of the tables in the bar area (even the ones with a nice window view) were still empty. We asked the server about it and she said ALL of the tables had cancelled. Hmmm????

I felt the scarce of everything, soap, shampoo, shower gel and there was no tooth brush, I asked for it then they brought, however at 5 star hotel it should have been there by our arrival. I travelled with my Mom and daughter, none of them liked the service. Breakfast almost every morning for 9 days was the same, unfortunately, that was very frustrating. I travelled to Konya may be for more than 10 times and each time I stayed at Dedeman only, this time we did Not like it. So I should see other hotel options for our next trip to Konya.

We had a family 2 bedroom suite, which was brilliant. Spacious, nice beds, welcome drinks and sweets. The breakfast was very good with some western and Turkish food available - including an omelette station. Very friendly staff and a restaurant on the 18th floor with an excellent view.

The heating in our room was a bit warm. (Central heating) Once someone came to help us open our patio door, we cooled the room down and it was perfect.

Staff is very kind helpfull and solution focus. ☺️

I need a wheelchair for my mom i asked before and they told me that there is one. But it was broken when we were at the hotel. Luckyly i took my moms own chair so we didn't had problem but if i wouldn't, we would have very hard time. If something is broken at a 5 star hotel, it should be repaired same day.

Clean. Proactive staff. Were not aware of our APPROVED early check in request but made it happen with only 15 minute delay. Compliments to Selim and his team. Suite room very spacious. Good breakfast variety, quality and service

Far from Mevlana and difficult to get to and from the Centre. Had to use a cab each time and could not always get a ride.

Everything was perfect from the reception staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast is a wide variety for everyone and the staff and management very polite and I thought the manager she was exceptional going around to every table asking if everything was ok and if we wanted anything. 10/10 junior suite was massive and very comfortable

Large rooms, friendly staff, and an unmatched gym with sauna, swimming pool and weight&cardio training area.

Breakfast buffet offers a large variety, however certain items such as the coffee were not at par with the standards of this level of a hotel.

Large, well decorated and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Good choice of food for breakfast. Pleasant staff.

The choice of foreign TV channels was very limited and the reception was very poor, especially the first day we arrived. My air-conditioning system did not work and there were a few small things which needed attention, such as a plug which was not properly fixed to the wall.

The room was so clean and prepared. The breakfast was delicious and the stuff was really kind even though there is a woman she helped me to pick flower for my wife. She called from the reception and we liked it and I personally recommend it.

The location was central and close to the downtown. The deluxe room was quiet and had a good view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful when I found out that the jacuzzi in our room was not working. It was fixed in just 10 minutes. We ate a nice dinner at the On8 restaurant. The breakfast at Safran restaurant had a variety of foods and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed total relaxation in the wellness area with a large swimming pool, sauna, and massages!

The bed was a bit hard.
