Nice and accommodating staff, great breakfast, comfy bed

I reserved on booking.com a room with two twin beds and a King/Queen. The original room we were given 503 had a King/Queen bed and a bed that was a little bit bigger than a twin, but not a double (full). Two people couldn’t sleep in it. In addition the air conditioner wasn’t working, there wasn’t enough toilet paper or towels. We went down to the desk and told the same gentleman that had checked us in. He was very nice and gave us two new rooms.

The breakfast was great, the placement of the hotel was near the centrum. The staff was friendly and service minded. The room was clean, and the cleaning ladies were so friendly and Kind. The whole experience was like a 5 star hotel. Overall me and my partner were happy.

The breakfast featured quite a variety of foods including some stued veggies, a plenty of olives, cheeses, eggs, etc. Hot meals were there too.

Nothing that we really didn't like but the room and bathroom are fairly simply equipped. The hotel is close to the main road which is an advantage for travellers with a car but you can't open a window at night as the road is noisy all the time round the clock.

Hotel location is in a convenient area where it is a short 10 mins walk to a nearby big mall Kent plaza. Staff hosted guests with hot tea and a smooth check in. Very helpful with luggages. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good with reasonable variaties. Overall, nice hotel to stay for few nights..

All the friendly staff a very helpful. They are hardworking especially in the restaurant. Mr. Yaşar is the manager that walks the extra mile. He ordered a taxi for me and make sure the driver get the right information, he called the driver on our journey ensure he stops for us to rest at the point of interest.

Excellent Breakfast that catered to Vegetarian needs too so well. and the Manager Mr Yasar went the extra mile to cross check and ensure that all our requirements were well taken care of.

Nothing in particular that i would dislike. things were better than expected and hence there is no feeling of negativity .. only a feeling of satisfaction from the over 10 day stay at Demosan

Mr. Yaşar was kind enough to buy me the bus tickets & pick us up from the train station although we arrived to the wrong station 6km away. Breakfast is sumptuous.

Hotel was just 10 minutes drive from Konya YhT fast train station. Staff was very helpful and overall really good value for money. Breakfast was very nice and lots of variety. Reception staff helped to order food late night.

overall I was happy with the experience.

We really liked the breakfast - it was open buffet with good choice of food that's usually served for Turkish breakfast. There was small children playground outside the hotel, our kids liked to spend there some time. The place is somewhat far from the city center, but there is a tram stop very near the hotel.

We didn't have a kettle in our room and there was no drinking water on the floor or anywhere, except the one you can buy in their convenience store downstairs.

The courteous and helping nature of the staff . Especially the Manager Mr Yasar.. he was watchful and on his toes ensuring that all guests are comfortable and happy.. Kudos to him for his excellent work👍🌟
