Ideally situated with ease of access to city centre using number of buses in the vicinity of the hotel. Short walking distance to two of the shopping malls and not too far from the sea with large number of coffee shops, restaurants and bars in proximity overlooking the sea. Car parking facility is available at the hotel .

Ideal for short visits or business trips to Antalya but not good for summer holidays if you have got swimming pool and luxury facilities etc in mind.

Ideal location for many dentists practices in Antalya and within walking distance of Terra City shopping mall. Room had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay and the free WiFi was flawless.

Room was quite small with no windows, although it was a good room for rest and quietness. It was one of their budget rooms and considering breakfast is included it was good value.

All staff members very helpful. The room so clean an confortable, also location very convenient to go every where. I wouldn't regret to give 5 star for this hotel.

The drainage problem of the toilet was only annoying. The room was very small but had all the facilities besides iron.

It’s a good hotel but I got a room without window. For one day staying and in autumn it’s ok, but you should warn travelers, sometimes it’s hard to recognize on the photos. Fire alarm blinking too bright at night, couldn’t sleep with this disco-ball. Also the blanket was too thin, feel cold at night.

Despite paying fully for the room through Booking.com, on arrival at just past midnight, I was charged the full price because they did not have a record of my payment. It was returned to me two days later with apology. At very early hours of morning on entering the bed I noticed the bed sheet was marked with blood, I asked the receptionist to change all the bedding only a blanket was provided and I asked the staff next morning to change all bedding. On third day the cleaner left a soaking sponge with some long hairs attached in the sink which I passed on to the receptionist. Is that what they use for cleaning the coffee cups ???? I had to purchase a new cup for drinks in the room and hide it when I left the room.

Staff training, better hygiene, Quality assurance to ensure staff carry out their duties accordingly. repair all the faulty items which could be a Health and Safety issue, like wobbling small table with kettle placed on it. Hate to think a boiling water pouring on a kid in that room.
