Almost everything was perfect

Transfer to the private beach could go more often.

Great location, 5 minutes away from the sea. Private beach is nice. Helpful and friendly staff. Good room cleaned every day. Well maintained territory and pool. Good choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall a very satisfying stay - impossible to complain for the price (maybe just pool and evening music).

The evening entertainment held near the pool was too loud and disturbing - a real issue for families with young children. Also non-stop "boom-doom" music from morning till evening every day. Kids club should probably get renovated and offer some more activities with children in addition to colouring sheets.

This hotel has a very beautiful garden, which offers you privacy on balcony even in such a big resort. Very good location near the main street and three minutes to the beach. Oludeniz beach is one of my favorite in the world. Crystal clear water, very comfy temperature even in October and soft wafes, that are big fun for kids. Hotel has its own beach club,where their own bus is taking you. It is very quiet and nice. For such a low price is it very great choice.

This hotel exceeded our expectations specially if you have All Inclusive, the food is very good , lots of options for food, drinks and deserts, ice creams for kids, drinks( Efes beer and cocktails) all day until midnight etc. The snack bar beside the pool wasn't so great but between 10-12 pm you can get a snack again, make your own burger, chips, salads etc. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking to beach and 2-3 minutes to all the shops and local handmade shops, they do lots of amazing stuff over there. The stuff was very helpful all the time and the cleaners as well, some don't speak english but would come back to you very quick with somebody else that does. Also they have an entertaining team with shows every night for kids and adults, during the day competitions around the swiming pool , darts, table tennis, pool etc. It was a great week all together. The reception always helpful if you need something. They also have a shuttle bus to a private beach , more like a garden, its beautiful and quiet .8/10 stars for a 4 star hotel.

Bathroom outdated but was ok. I would say 6-7/10 stars. And snack bar during the day for food, for drinks it was ok'ish you can get coffee's,juices,water etc.

It was our second time staying in this hotel and we love the location, surrounding and private beach at the blue lagoon. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained, staff is friendly and very attentive. Special thanks to animation team which engaged and entertained our kids. WiFi was working well. food was simple but delicious and also included healthy options and staff paid good attention to people with allergies. Overall, we loved our stay and planning coming back next year.

I can’t think of any negative comment.

Our second stay at this hotel went as well as our visit in 2021. We found out that the owner had changed, along with the entire staff, but overall, the stay was pleasant. The housekeeping team worked consistently to keep the place clean, the entertainers were friendly and cheerful, and the chefs, who delighted us with their delicious dishes, were always willing to answer our questions. The reception staff were attentive and welcoming, and the security team was vigilant.

What saddened us was the poor attitude of the waiter Ibrahim, who came across as arrogant and unhelpful, never serving our table in dinner. The behavior of the other waiters was average, except for UKTAY, who was professional and accommodating. In short, the attitude of this particular waiter prevents the hotel from achieving a 5-star rating.

Rooms lovely, clean spacious better than expected. Grounds nice clean and we'll kept. Loved the drinks too and outside eating area for breakfast lunch and dinner. Location superb

Kids club needs a revamp. Understand it was end of season but broken toys, swings and nothing for them to do only pay £18 for them to paint 2 tshirts on one day? Entertainment poor. Nothing for kids only 20mins of a disco and a magic show one night which we didn't see as started at 10pm too late for little ones. Few arcade machines on terrace but have to buy tokens, nothing good and silly prices

They have access to a private beach on the lagoon side but not at Oludeniz Beach. However, it's a public beach that you can access and is within walking distance. This is the only minus point. I believe it would be great if they had access to both. The triple large room is really large/spacious The dinner & breakfast buffet is excellent. Drinks throughout the day are very good, wide variety & good quality

Not having arrangements on Oludeniz beach They may need to increase the number of shuttles to the beach during the high season.

The amazing location and awesome staff made our vacation unbelievable. Good food, maybe I would want to have fewer dishes and more with seafood. Cool that hotel give an option of kids club.
