We had a lovely time at Rupestral House Hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive and we stayed in a very comfortable and spacious room during our stay. Loved the breakfast spread and the staff were kind enough to provide us with hot food to compliment the lovely spread. The location is beautiful with the Uchisar castle located just behind the hotel and the terrace offering panoramic views of the area. Also hot air balloons can be seen from here in the mornings. Additionally other activities such as horseback riding can be booked through the hotel as well which we enjoyed a lot. Overall exceeded our expectations!!

We loved how friendly and attentive the staff were. They were always there to help and provided a lot of information and guidance on trips and the local area. The Hotel was beautiful with incredible views I would definitely recommend. .

The area is a little further out of Goreme than we anticipated approx 40 mins walk..Whilst It was early in the season for us the local area was a bit too quiet and didn't have an awful lot of restaurants to choose from. Having said this if you don't mind paying for a taxi it would only be 10-15 mins drive into the town centre which has a lot more to choose from.

We loved everything about the hotel. It was a unique experience. Its location on the hill overlooking the valley offered wonderful views from the hotel terraces especially of the balloons at sunrise. It had a quaint charm and all the staff were smiling and friendly, especially Abou, who my wife called a ‘rockstar’. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt quite at home. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. There are nice, intimate restaurants on the doorstep that were equally charming. The hotel breakfast was buffet with dishes cooked to order in the kitchen. A nice blend of traditional Turkish and western cuisine. Reception doubles as a bar with nice wine.

Nothing really. It’s quite a steep site and the steps from reception up to the parking area needed to be taken slowly. Our bags were carried up and down by the ever helpful Abou.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Don't think you can find a better view in Cappadocia. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, they helped us in so many ways and were very patient with our million questions. We also booked a few Cappadocia activities through the hotel and it was a great experience. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The rooms were clean, quiet and cosy, we stayed in a cave and it was a great unusual experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and has a great fairy tale ambience.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

This hotel was excellent, Mr. Ali was a great host. He aptly assisted us with the check in process, gave us a rundown on the area and a bit of the history. We were well taken care of and felt special at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Mr. Ali also arranged a special breakfast in the morning which made the trip all the more special. There was a good area to park for free which was a blessing for us. The hotel has incredible views of the hot air balloons in the morning.

Nothing - overall the place was great.

I like the hotel’s breakfast, they provide superb breakfast even we always could not finish it, as it is really too much to eat! The young girl and another lady in the kitchen made really nice work, and they are friendly and helpful too, the young lady helped even carried our luggage.

The hotel running manager is a joker, everything in the hotel seems running out of the order and the manager guy basically is sitting there doing nothing and say “sorry “to you. The hotel is quite difficult to reach, it happened to us our taxi driver did not find the hotel according to google map. And after you arrived, you have to carry your luggage up and down few dozens of staircase.

Uchisar is the best place to stay in Cappadoccia. Is a quit place and have a great view for watching the Hot air balloons The Rupestral House has the best location in the town in front of the castle. Easy when you rent a car and Taxi pickup 3 walking minutes away from the nicest Cappadocia trail 7 walking minutes away from the nice trail Uchisar to Göreme (Pigeon valley)

This hotel has so much to recommend it to travelers to Turkey. The setting is amazing with dazzling views of balloons in flight. Our beautiful Hammam Suite room was the ultimate in comfort and luxurious decor. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful compliment of Western and Turkish selections and treats. The staff are warm and helpful. We thank you for making our time in this beautiful region unforgettable.

With the in room steps, you need to be cautious at night.

It is a magic place. This place was built to disconnect your common senses and make a connection with the magnificent views of Uchisar and Goreme. The service is marvelous.

You have to be prepared with low weight luggage’s because it is scarped mountain location. The hotel offers its employees to handle your luggage because if the luggage is heave you will need a big effort to handle it.

One of the best hotel you can find next to the Uchisar Castle. The location is perfect as it is at the end of the road; a quiet place away from the shops and tourists, and has a great unobstructed view. What attracts us more is the hotel is very nicely designed with every room unique from each other, we chose cave room but stone rooms are also very nice. Breakfast is great, fresh and delicious, in fact, more than we can handle and the staff are so kind to keep asking if we need anything else. It is a low-profile boutique hotel and they have just changed new management team. Ali and Alena are professional in their work and we feel very much welcomed and taken cared by them.
