The Majestic Cave Suite we were allocated (Room 102) was wonderful. It was very close to reception but still extremely quiet. It looks like the entire complex is gradually being expanded as additional caves are restored and updated, but we didn't even notice any building works taking place. Golf carts are always available to ferry you around the site as there's quite a drop between reception and the restaurant/bar/pool areas. Highly recommended.

The wi-fi was slow and required you to continually reconnect every time you started up your devices. You also needed your passport number to sign in, at least initially, which is inconvenient. But at least it was free and did generally work. I suspect the speed issues are due to the availability of the necessary infrastructure in the area rather than directly down to the hotel themselves. Switching off while you're on holiday isn't necessarily a bad thing!

We had an amazing stay at Kayakapi Premium hotels this summer. The location, the staff, the pool, the breakfast and the restaurant in general exceeded all our expectations. Not to mention the authentic cave rooms that were very spacious and meticulously decorated. If I would go back to Kapadokya I would stay at Kayakapi again. We have already given recommendations to all our friends and family. If you decide to stay here you should not miss trying the Testi Kebab, a local Kapadokya dish, at the hotel restaurant. Just be aware you have to order it one day ahead. Also a big thank you to the kind staff Duygu who helped our dream come true in organizing the balloon ride. It was truly a spectacular experience!

The only critique we have is that the sound insulation between the rooms was a bit poor. This was nothing that bothered us too much though. Everything else outshined that.

I absolutely love, love, love our stay here. Service was top-notch from email communications, restaurant reservation requests, check-in, check-out, transfers within the property, and transfer to Urgup restaurants. Views from the Maide Restaurant and from any balcony places are simply stunning. The room is both authentic and modern. We booked a Prime Room which is already spacious for us. We are a couple travelling with 2 other couples.

I think the Revithia Restaurant is over-rated. Both food and wine are pretty average. Service is exceptional as can be expected. Veal tail is good, but other than that, the rest are not memorable. The cultural significance of each dish was fascinating, too bad the actual dishes were not.

This was a very beautiful property to stay at. We had booked the Majestic cave suites but were surprised with a free upgrade at check in. What was very interesting is that this hotel is being restored from old cave homes. Our room was very beautifully restored and decorated displaying elements like an old tandoor oven and wine making section that was used hundreds of years ago. Room was very spacious, mattresses very comfortable and we enjoyed the en-suite Hamam. The staff were very helpful and had great customer service. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of variety. Would highly recommend staying at the resort.

The cave room was wonderful, very good for watching the balloons. The facility was clean and tidy. The staff are very reliable, always happy to help with big smile on their faces. The restaurant was wonderful, the staff there are extremely nice (especially Omur, Furkan and a young lady with red hair unfortunately I can’t remember her name). The food was delicious and the food recommendations were excellent. I give the restaurant 20 out of 10.

I feel so grateful and privileged for this one week stay! The historical setting and preservation efforts add lots of character to the place. Staff was amazingly kind and accommodating prior and during my stay. Room was spacious, furnished comfortably and beautifully designed. Food and service during breakfast were fantastic with lots of healthy options and local specialities. On-demand Shuttle service to downtown was very helpful, and so was Duygu from guest relations in facilitating cool adventures in the area. Big thanks to Mehmet from reception who was always there to assist!

Guests should be aware of the property's steep natural topography, but this is really a non-issue with the golf carts that can be summoned to wherever.

Absolutely stunning. The room was very special and unique. The pool was warm with beautiful views. The staff couldn’t do more for you. The food at lunch and dinner was really good.

The second bedroom didn’t have aircon and was a bit stuffy. The room was clean but some debris falls from the ceiling. The breakfast wasn’t great.

Excellent breakfast, facilities, staff, concierge, attention to detail, etc. Our evenings started with a stroll in the property to see the full moon rising behind the mountains then enjoying our meals by the poolside terrace overlooking enchanting Urgrup.

As soon as you step into the hotel immaculate welcome is showing up. 24 hour Shuttle service is picking you up from your room in seconds. Ambiance in the room is brilliant. Modernity of today is merged with history elegantly and perfectly. Next year I will try a room with a pool inside. We were so appreciative about the most enjoyable breakfast in our lives, hard to define the breakfast experience with all that kind of everything on the poolside with a gorgeous view of Cappadocia. Other hit was the balloon tour with Royal Balloon Company.

It was hard to adopt real life after Kayakapi experience.

The hotel is very unique, an amazing way to discover Cappadocia by staying in the cave. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The spa experience was awful. You will be wasting your money if you are after relaxing experience because this spa is everything but that. it is located next to the pool and you can hear kids splashing and screaming, no one bothers to close doors, the therapist working on me kept talking to the therapist doing my daughters massage during the actual massage. They were literally screaming to each other from room to room across the corridor and stairs. how are you supposed to relax!? I also think she smoked before starting my procedure I could smell the cigarettes from her hands too.
