Peaceful location that is close to the main city but still far enough where it is quiet. Rooftop has amazing views for night the day time and night time. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, showers are hot with good pressure, and the free breakfast is very good quality. I would recommend renting a car as you are about 10 minute drive from the main parts of town. The hotel manager provides incredible hospitality and makes sure all guests feel like they are at home. He went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. One of the better stays I have had throughout my travels.

The stay was truly magnificent. Both the owner and the young member of the staff as well as the lovely chef were excellent, welcoming and finely attentive to make sure you were looked after. We appreciated the professionalism and great display of care for their activity. The room we stayed was one of the more economic, and one of the most curated we have been in our trip in Turkey: in material, ammeneties and design choices of the interiors. The more prestigious rooms should be quite the gems. Breakfast was equally breathtaking, with plentiful choices and all around views of the quite canyon. Such a hotel can make any guest feel like they can relax and recuperate energy to explore these beautiful landscapes.

Narcissos hotel has been our best experience in Turkey so far. It is a not big cosy place off the beaten track and in a distance from crowded touristic streets. In this hotel with breathtaking view you will not be bothered by any other sounds except for the birds twitting. Comfortable clean and cool suits are perfect for a good sleep. We had a pleasant and tasty dinner on the roof of the hotel cooked for us by a Syrian cook. He was generous enough to share with us some of his recipes. His breakfasts were also fresh and nice. On top of that all was the best manager ever Nargiz (sorry if I misspelled the name). She helped us to solve a personal problem calling to Istanbul and communicating with locals for us, advised on places to visit and to dine, and was always exceptionally kind and helpful. She even saw us off with hand made cookies 🍪 that we enjoyed on our way to the next place. So if you are going to Kapadokya, don’t hesitate to stay at Narcissos hotel, you will never regret it.

I like everything, the place amazing, even though we visited in the summer the room was super fresh. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. The breakfast is delicious, and the lady who serves it is super sweet. Her omeletts are the best!! You can take beautiful pictures in this place. But the cherry on the cake is the service. Gökhan, is the best front desk person ever. He went above and beyond to be sure our stay was memorable. He, in general, exceeded our expectations. Afkan was also great. Their customer service was outstanding!!! We will definitely come back and will recommend it to our friends and family.

The breakfast was great and the ability to put on a three-course dinner for us for 15 euros each at short notice was much appreciated. We stayed in a deluxe king room with spa and it was brilliant. A fantastically well-appointed luxury hotel. Great value for money, and very quiet and peaceful compared to Goreme. It felt like we were staying in a castle.

We actually thought we had booked a stay in Urgup which is where the hotel was listed as being. It is actually in a small village called Ibrahimpasa which is about 5km from Urgup. The village whilst beautiful and peaceful was very isolated. Whilst we had a great time as we had already stayed in two other local towns, if you were unaware where you were staying it could be a bit problematic. There is absolutely no tourist infrastructure there, ie no shops, no bars, no busses, or supermarkets, just a residential area. The only way to get about is by calling a taxi from another town.

Amazing cave hotel run by a couple-Nergis and Ali. They picked us up and dropped us off in their own car to the airport shuttle stop. The room was beautiful. They do not have a fully functioning restaurant but breakfast is prepared and cooked by the owners in a homely way. They can also make dinner for you for an extra charge 18€ per person . The hotel has a very homely and friendly atmosphere because the owners are so nice! They helped us book the local tours as well. They also dropped us off in their car to the nearby restaurant for lunch.

The location is not ideal as it is far from the main town where the other hotels are. Some of the tours from the GetYourGuide app did not have pickup facilities from this hotel so be mindful while booking tours on the internet. However this cannot be a negative point because one would book the hotel only after checking its location!

Staying at Narcisso Cave Hotel was truly a magical experience! The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the stunning view was like a dream come true. The room was not only incredibly beautiful but also designed with such charm and attention to detail that it felt like a cozy, luxurious retreat. The highlight for us was the bathtub right next to the window. My husband, especially enjoyed relaxing in the bath while soaking in the panoramic view. It was such a serene and memorable moment! Another wonderful touch was that the owner, Ali speaks French, which made it so much easier for my French husband to connect and feel even more comfortable. The owner’s kindness and helpfulness truly stood out. On our last day, they went above and beyond, helping us take stunning photos that perfectly captured the magic of our stay. Narcisso Cave Hotel is the perfect choice for anyone seeking stunning views, exceptional comfort, and warm, personalized hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

The only downside? We didn’t stay longer! We would have loved more time to enjoy the area, explore, and hike around the property. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend staying extra days to fully take in everything this incredible place has to offer.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the breakfast staff always had a smile on and engaged with the customers. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, creating a cosy and homely atmosphere. I particularly appreciated how the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, making me feel like I was at home. Overall, it is such a lovely place, and I highly recommend it.

The property is located in a tiny village away from The hustle bustle of the city. A lot of historical monuments not mentioned are around the property. The property offers a lot of peace and quiet and one can relax and unwind. The host Nergis and her husband went out of the way to make sure we had a great stay and enjoyed our time at the property. The cute gesture of a welcome drink organised by Nergis along with freshly baked cookies on the terrace were a treat. Since our check out was early, Nergis ensured our packed breakfast was given to us on check out. All the site seeing activities were organised by Nergis and she kept us in loop all the time ensuring we do not have to worry about any activities. Thank you Nergis we had a fabulous time

There was nothing to not like about the property…

This hotel is a real gem. Beautifully restored, painstakingly over years. Great bedroom - lovely and cool, bed was comfy, fridge, wardrobe,, hairdryer, everything you need. The roof terrace is perfect for watching the sun set or a peaceful moment or two contemplating your day, or what you're doing the next day! The staff could not have done any more to make my overnight stay just perfect. I arrived mid-late afternoon - too late to order dinner. But the wonderful chefs made a vegetarian dinner for me that could be served later. Ali shared loads of information about the local area and gave me tips about Istanbul. He really couldn't have been any kinder. He also managed to book me a balloon flight for the next day, saving me a fair bit of money compared to the quote I had! This is a really wonderful place with really wonderful people. I would return, definitely.
