I stayed in a studio room at an airport hotel in Entebbe and had a great experience. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable double bed, a working table, a leather seat, and a cozy TV area. The carpeted floor added a nice touch of warmth and comfort. One of the highlights was the incredible view from the room—overlooking the city, nearby mountains, and a peaceful village setting. Breakfast was included and made the stay even more enjoyable. It was fresh, well-prepared, and had a good variety to choose from—perfect to start the day. The hotel offers both comfort and convenience, making it a solid choice whether you’re stopping over or spending a few days in Entebbe.

The staff is kind, professional, and flexible because my work schedule is very flexible. The location is good. If business goes well, I will be back over and over again - and will recommend it to my associates in nearby areas.

Internet, not stable. Perhaps it is because of the weather, I do not know. Breakfast, needs more options and be served earlier.

Excellent location very close to the airport. Bridget and the manager were so lovely and had excellent customer services. Security is very good as they monitor people who go in and out and if one not identified, they are checked and questioned before they access the residential. Excellent transport to the city via the express .

The building is not noise proof as the outside loud noises still heard even when you lock the windows. They have to improve on the cleaning . The electricity shortage and Internet were very disturbing. I would advise they use solar atleast for lighting when electricity goes off and also a larger Internet bandwidth or better still install boxes in each and every single apartment and customers who seek to use Internet pay for their package for the period of stay.

I think they have some strange customer care team ,he speaks weirdly on phone they never picked my 8 missed calls I was stranded upto 1.00am.thatnis when they sent me a pin the hotel is hard to track and trace

The fridge had fungus in it. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. Mattress was not comfortable. Location was noisy making rest difficult.
