Great room, great buffet restaurant, nice outdoor pool and spa facilities on the last floor. Being pet friendly was the reason we came but it’s somewhere I’d come back to even if we were traveling without a dog. Being able to walk to the mall across the highway was great too!

This is a great hotel with good parking, located near to the malls in Concepción. Ideal to stay one night if you are travelling further as it has a great connection to the the highway. Service is good, the rooms are huge, breakfast is excellent. High value for money.

As it is located near the highway the drawback is that the views from the room are nothing special

Free parking. Very good breakfast. Big rooms and comfortable beds and great big shower. Close to a big shopping mall and to the Airport.

In my room 320 the AC was not working good and it made a lot of noise so I couldn't sleep well. The gym was not cleaned. No towels no water and there could be a bit more weight for lifting.

Nicequiet room, lots of space and a big bathroom. Great place to stay in Concepcion.

First time in years of travelling that I got to a hotel before the official check in time and the staff refused to check me in. They accepted my suitcase at 13:00, but said they couldn't do anything until 14:00, even though there were obviously rooms. Shortly thereafter a whole busload of people showed up and they all had their checkins ready so obviously it WAS possible to check in prior to 15:00. Very poor attaitude from front desk staff, especially from the man with the short grey/blond hair. I wish I had noted his name.

Very good beds, close to comercial Centers

The principal door was close and nobady was there to open the door after 00:00 hours, We waited almost 20 min out of the hotel

Breakfast was lousy. Shower was very strange for a family - no door to shower area.

Vey nice hotel, with good restaurant and a welcome drink. The accommodation is fine, although also needing renovation, since one can clearly see it's aging.
