It was not my first stay in that hotel - come back after the covid break. I found that the manager and the front desk staff were very helpful and tried to solved all the problems. Thanks are due especially to the manager. Hotel is located far from the city center (but there is a direct tramway line) however in a walking distance there are a commercial center Odysseum and what is more important - railway station Gare Sud de France. I have also appreciated the improvement of the level of English among the staff, comparing to my previous stays in France.

Unfortunately, still there is a problem with the secure internet network - I could not log-in into my professional account. Moreover, there is a lot of room for the improvement of the breakfast service. There are people who don’t take sweet breakfasts. I could not find any tomatoes or other vegetables.

Very clean and well appointed room. Staff were very helpful. Good buffet style breakfast.

The area near hospitals, clinics and medical centres was still under construction. It was quite a walk to the restaurants supposedly in the area. It may be a better area once building work is completed. It is in an area of concrete block buildngs.if you like that sort of thing then it is ok.

Despite big amount of people during breakfast there was no queue and all food was available as well as free tables. Big variety for all tastes. Hotel is located very comfortable - not far from the exit/entrance of the highway, but it's not bothering at all. Also next to it you can find an Ocean world and huge trading mall with big variety of restaurants.

We were 4 in one room and for daughter 4 monthes old we used extra bed, cause of it we were running out of space in the room.

The location was perfect - walking distance to resturants and major shopping and entertainment center. I think there was also transport close by. The pool was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was lacking a little for range and taste. It was strange that there was no mini fridge in the room and the ice machine was broken (and appeared to have been broken for some time). Everything else was good

The location was fine for the entertainment complex… just a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and entertainment for the grandkids. Good bus service from the train station. The pool was clean and child friendly. The staff were super helpful especially Arezki who helped with a few minor issues but that was mostly to do with us being unable to speak French. He was brilliant, such an asset to the hotel. Well done Arezki. You’re a star.

The hotel is a little dated to be honest. Minor things that didn’t bother us too much but I’m sure would be a little bit of a moan to younger people. For example the vending machine only took cash maybe a card machine would be better. That’s my only comment so obviously things aren’t that bad!

The staff was very friendly they spoke very good English and Spanish, besides French of course. The outside area was very nice, we took our drinks outside. The size of the pool is good, but it was ice cold, no heating in the pool. The breakfast was very good, except for the coffee.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, the bed was okish. The coffee at the breakfast was terrible. The pool could use some heating, I understand that it is a seasonal pool.

I had a wonderful stay in Montpellier. Everything was absolutely perfect – from the beautiful atmosphere of the city to the comfort and hospitality I experienced. The location, the people, and the overall vibe made it truly memorable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I would love to come back again.

It was a standard Holiday Inn room. We had booked a twin bed room, but received a King. Staff did easily correct this. The room was average size with an excellent bed. Breakfast was buffet style with everything we needed. For an overnight stay not far from the train station it was perfect.

As usual the bathroom was quite small and needed some work. The bar was not actually a bar, but just reception personnel getting drinks, mainly from the breakfast area. 3.50 for an awful nescaffe cappuccino is a bit over the top.

Nice and convenient hotel close to the highway, with lots of food options around in the next door mall. Pretty area to walk around at night. Continental breakfast was much more than that, very good!

Our room’s sofa bed was a mess when we open it, looked like bed was not done. Parking was a bit expensive .

Amazing and friendly staff. confortable bedding even though the rooms are on the small side. Nice breakfast (but scrambled eggs would have been nice), pool is nice but a bit small as the hotel was completely full and there were lots of people. Good location as the tram to take you to Montpellier is just a 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel. We unfortunately booked our trip last l’inusitée the rooms were expensive but the hotel is really worth it if you book in advance. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we go to Montpellier.
