I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere during my stay. The staff members were exceptionally nice and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my visit. Regarding the breakfast, it was satisfactory. While it didn't go above and beyond, it provided a decent selection of options to start the day off right. The location of the hotel was okay, although not particularly ideal. It was convenient enough. On a positive note, the swimming pool was a delightful feature. It offered a refreshing retreat after a long day of work. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marked by cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff. The overall experience was positive.

The staff was discrete, yet present and helping whenever needed. Accommodating our schedule, which was a bit ectic sometimes.

Unfortunately the outdoor swimming pool was already closed for the season. We had to ask the reception to go to the fitness. If all guests have access to it, perhaps could we link the unlocking of the door with the room key?

The price-to-quality ratio is excellent; you receive everything you need for a fair price. The hotel boasts an authentic Lebanese restaurant, which is a delightful addition. The neighborhood is charming, situated close to a motorway yet nestled on a quiet street. Surrounded by lush greenery, the area features interesting modern architectural landmarks, alongside vineyards with parks and castles.

Perfect for our stop over on the way to Spain. 10 minute drive into the old town and reception staff gave us great directions to parking relatively easy to get to under the centre of town. Family rooms we had were perfect for our stay. Kitchen, fridge, microwave. Parking on street in front of hotel free and patrolled overnight. Lovely view overlooking old chateau. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely city, public transport very good. Hotel was walking distance (15 mins) to Place de France and a short tram ride to the main centre of Montpellier. Facilities had a lovely pool and outdoor setting area with daily breakfast. Next door to the lovely Chateau de Flaugergues.

Location: good for an overnight stop. Facilities were good: car park was very convenient. Most of all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the large deposit of 159€ to cover damage or extra cleaning. The cleaning of the common spaces was patchy. The quality and condition of some of the room facilities was a bit tired. The WiFi was weak.

Nice room, large and comfortable, kitchen area small but well equipped, great for simple meal, snack and drinks. Pool nice for dip after day out.Breakfast good, typical continental, plentiful supply of food.Staff helpful. Everything clean and tidy.

Location not brilliant as tourist, fair walk to tram stop or shops. Would be fine if you have a car as has on-site parking. We used uber which worked very well for us and good value we felt. Nice restaurant next door but fair walk to any others.

Really clean and well maintained property with a great pool and exceptional staff. We had a great stay here and loved the great restaurant that was attached to the apartments.

Was quite out of the way and a 10-15 min walk to the tram station but all part of the adventure.

The hotel reception staff were very good in explaining the features and sections of the hotel and they all spoke very good english to support us 10 out of 10.

Good air conditioning, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, nice Lebanese restaurant downstairs. We also had a pleasant city view from the 4th floor.

Really no parking choices in the area, except for the paid garage, which has tight lanes. For many spots you will likely have to make an effort to park a large car. Location is a bit on the outskirts, but it is not a problem unless you are coming by public transport.
