Comfortable bed. Quiet. Good parking. Near a river and lake. Breakfast was eggs, sausage links, potatoes, waffle, muffins, bagels, 4 cereals including raisin bran and oatmeal, yogurt, juices and hot drinks. Good lighting and nice furniture and art.

We were in a disability / handicap room. The shower was not a walk in but was a tub with a seat. That wasn't a problem for us, but people needing a walk in shower should know that.

I was impressed with the variety of food available for breakfast. It was beyond my expectations for a free breakfast. As much as I would of loved to use the hot tub to soak in after a tiring 13 hour drive, but thought it was wonderful that hot tub and pool was available for use. Best Western was conveniently off the highway and easy to find.

I have to say there is not a thing about my stay that I did not like. Everything that my son and I needed was provided. Our stay was short due to passing through on a 3 day drive.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a good place to stop for the night on our road trip. The pool and hot tub were open 24 hr., which was nice since we arrived late.

The breakfast was typical free breakfast fare, except the eggs were exceptionally bad! An option for boiled eggs would have been helpful so we could get some protein

Everything was perfect, including the breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities, including the room were spotless. Convenient to freeway; no need to go into town if you are okay with the very good Mexican food from the on-site food truck. We would definitely stay here again. Can't say the same for the gas station next door, but it serves the purpose.

Exceptionally clean room! One of the nicest I've stayed in while on the road! Donna at the front desk was very kind and did a great job! We loved the blackout shades! Hot breakfast, cereal, yogurt, waffles, eggs potatoes, sausage, fruit juices, coffee, tea. Nice quiet hotel.

Did not like the entrance off of a frontage road. We drove past it the first time and had to go back. 12 miles out of our way in the dark. You have to drive through the gas station parking lot to get to the hotel. Maybe a sign right outside at the frontage road with an arrow to the hotel would be helpful. That was the only negative about our stay.

Room had plenty of space was kitchen space sofa bed for kids 2 tvs it was 2 rooms with a closing door. nice breakfast and pool.and hotub kids loved that. I would recommend this place

Convenient location to freeway, enjoyed the breakfast and availability of beverages, staff was friendly with check-in/out and local recommendations. Traveled with pets and felt safe walking the area at night. Used the fitness room and laundry facility; did not use indoor pool but it looked very clean. I will stay again in the summer. Excellent value for my weeklong event in Park City. Thanks .

Location was perfect for me....close to I-80. Breakfast was ok....used to hard boiled eggs being offered......but the coffee was, honestly, the best I have had at a hotel breakfast bar in years.

Hard boiled eggs. For those of us who are lactose intolerant, scrambled eggs are often mixed with milk which presents a problem.

We have stayed here many times over the years! We love that it's in a cute, quaint little town! Sounded by nature! The staff members are always pleasant, and we LOVE that 24-hour pool and hot tub! Breakfast is also favorable..😋

The only thing we would change would be the pillows. They're just a little flat for our liking. Aside from that no complaints!

Very convenient to the freeway, and service station, as well as being quiet. I felt safe, which is very important to me while traveling alone. Also was pleased I could check into my room early, I was exhausted from a long drive.

Bathtub drained VERY slowly, water covered my ankles while showering. Fan in bathroom sounded like an airplane taking off! No kleenex in the room
