Nice hotel, eventually moved to a decent room, fair breakfast, friendly staff, especially, Cindy, manager. 24/7 hot drinks machines in lobby, also cold water station, ice machines all over.

On expected late arrival, midnight, no email communication on my booking.com site was passed to hotel, despite the emails looking like they came from hotel were internal from booking.com .... the hotel had no knowledge we were coming late, or room specification. Very disappointed hotel were unhelpful in us remaining in room for longer on final day, we had midnight flight home, hotel was not busy, just stubborn, most probably as we had booked through 3rd party booking.com Strongly suggest they put up parasols in their garden patio are in 100f temperature to enable guests sit outside and not under searing heat

The best Best Western we've ever stayed in. The room was HUGE (could have easily fit 3 queen beds + sofa) and overlooked the swimming pool. Had ping pong, air hockey, arcades, etc. Lots of space in the lobby for groups to hang out or have breakfast. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had too. Great for fueling up before a long day of skiing. A 13 minute drive to Park City Mountain (unless it's a peak day and traffic can make it 30+). Whole Foods, Walmart, and other shops and restaurants in the same complex that you could walk to. Public busses to the the mountain and other destinations a short distance away.

I wish the pool temperature was a little warmer. The hot tub was great but got pretty full of people every evening. If the pool was warmer more people could hang out in there.

This hotel is amazing - tucked away in the mountainside very close to Utah Olympic Park. I got a cozy vibe immediately upon walking into the lobby area - something about the brick and dark colors. The staff was exceptionally friendly to me and my 2 dogs. The best part? It was SO quiet - we got the best sleep here! Could not hear our neighbors, or anyone in the hallway, etc. There are plenty of grassy areas to take your pets. And there is a Whole Foods directly next door that I walked to, to get some dinner. This is a hidden gem!

Some of the grassy areas weren't very well lit, which made it hard to pick up dog poop. Other than that, no complaints at all - this place is amazing!

Amenities, cleanliness, staff and a calm environment made this a perfect find!! Centrally located to shops, restaurants and Olympic Park.

Great location, can see the Olympic ski runs from our window - great breakfast- friendly, helpful staff. Clean facilities. Loved the hot chocolate in the lobby since it was the first snow. Loved being able to open our window for fresh, mountain air.

Bed comfort was okay . Family with a bunch of kids was on one side of us one night. Kids stayed up past 11 running, jumping, screaming. Kids on the other side of us went to bed early but woke up early. Lots of crying and swearing from parents and kids, both using the f-word. Seemed to stay in the room for two days. Not the hotels fault but I guess walls were thin enough that we could hear everything. Made relaxing and reading difficult.

We were on our way back across the country from a hunting trip. Found a great rate on a room and was able to book it easily on the fly. Pulled in around 9PM and treated by friendly and courteous staff that got us checked in and in our room in know time. Left before the complimentary breakfast but the room was clean and comfortable. Very nice location and accommodations.

We left by 5am so we missed the breakfast. I didn’t check to see if there was any coffee out, but that was on me. It really isn’t reasonable for a place to start breakfast that early anyway! The shampoo and soap dispensers are a bit low rent for such a nice place. Not a real gripe, just made me think.

We have been staying at this hotel since approximately 2010. They have never disappointed us. We were initially drawn in by their low rates. While rates have increased over the years, it is still worth it, and better priced than anything closer to the town of Park city. Staff are always helpful and courteous. They go out of their way to accommodate all of your needs. This year we stayed in the honeymoon suite. We had hoped for the family suite but it was not available. It offered plenty of sleeping area for myself, my spouse and our two children. They provided a rollaway without any problem. Breakfast is fantastic, as breakfast goes. Everything is tidy, and the rooms and common areas have always been very clean. Some may say that the hotel is a bit dated. But overall we have seen nice renovations. Locations is good. If you desire to ski deer valley or park city it is near by. If you’d prefer the cottonwoods it’s about 45 minutes. Snowbasin is accessible in about 90 minutes. In the summer it is near to hiking and great outdoor eating along with many other activities! Ordering food in is also convenient. Lots to choose from. Next door there is a Whole Foods Market and a Walmart across the way. Very convenient! We will be back and would recommend.

We got two connecting rooms with a view of the pool. The rooms were very spacious and incredibly comfortable. We had a whole couch and two side chairs in our room. The bathrooms were a good size and I loved how there was shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was delicious scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties, plus a make your own pancakes. It was all so wonderful and delicious.

There was no hair dryer or hangers to hang up clothes.

The pool area is super unique and came in handy when we were there being that it was pouring rain. The location is nice right off the freeway and close to stores and other restaurants. Staff were very pleasant.

The overall feel of the property is it needs a remodel. It was wild how many doors we could not get to unlock with our key card and then other doors were just completely open and you didn’t need any kind of access to get in. It just seems that this property is in need of a proper refurbish.

Check in and the desk clerks were good. Breakfast was nice, as it was in 2013 and 2016.

1, The restrooms on the west side where we stayed on Fri. Nov 18th are getting worn and need updating. 2. The bathroom fans only work when the shower is running. They should be able to be kept on after the shower is finished because there is still steam in the room. 3. The toilet in the bathroom in rm. 267--where we stayed Fri. Nov.25th--is tiny--what is it--a children's toilet? The room--overall--was a lot better since its on the east side of the hotel away from the contractors' designated rooms, i suppose.
