The location was excellent. You are in the center of everything.

Without the help of the front desk (which are incredible individuals), I never would have understood where the parking was, nor how to get to my room. Totally would have been my fault and not the fault of the resort, but it’s a step that is heavily relied on for the front desk to clarify. I fear for the guests that don’t wait and listen to the instructions. Your front desk staff is incredible. So fun and made me instantly feel welcomed. That was the highlight of my stay. I talked with two women, I wish I remembered their names. One had short brown hair, she was lovely!

Close to the plaza at the Canyons. Rooms were ok.

Elevator was broken, seems like when I use booking.com I get the room by the elevator and the busy parking lot was pointed right at our windows and the blinds weren’t good enough to block the light.

Had to go to 3 different locations to check in. The sign at the Lodge routed us to a number that was only staffed til 6:00 pm and we arrived later. There was a “courtesy call” placed on our way there, but I received it late due to poor cell service in the canyon.

We could hear our neighbors through the shared wall.

The room was really nice in a beautiful location.

For some reason they want to mess with you with their room numbers and the parking garage could have better signage to help find it from inside the hotel.

Love the garage/underground parking and ev charging. The suite was so spacious with all the essentials. Gorgeous location!

it was a nice location nestled in the mountains. the rooms was spacious and comfortable! exceeded our expectations.

wish the hot tub was open later

Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Unable to lock windows.

hot tub and gym amenities are great. Provided laundry and dish detergent always a plus for extended stay. Location in regards to ski lifts and transportation is walking distance and on lazy days the shuttle will take you for free anyway.

We had the B&C units to a “pod” where another guest would be in unit A. Our unit C never locked. the card key didn’t activate or beep and the handle never locked. this gave us the impression that the person in unit A could access our unit at any time.
