No breakfast provided, but room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen area was very helpful. Liked the multiple charging ports and outlets. Liked the bathroom. Pool was nice; hot tubs looked nice but were very crowded and we were unable to enjoy them.

Hot water in shower was not very good on one day, but otherwise consistent. Room phone did not work. Smoke alarm chirped intermittently one night about 1:45am. I notified front desk, and then I disconnected it.

Hotel was beautiful. It was nice to have a kitchen and lots of room in the bathroom. The view was nice. The steam room and pool dressing/bath room were nice.

Bathtub was clogged. Taking a shower we had to wade in dirty water. Pool was also dirty. Broken plastic cups on the pool floor and bugs and hair floating around. Not a lot of eating options within walking distance in the summer.

Location was phenomenal for skiing.

We had breakfast at the hotel's buffet and found it a poor value though at well prepared. Front desk and car valets didn't seem to communicate. Twice we had called the front desk to ask that our car be ready 20 minutes before we needed it and when we came down the car valets had no idea we needed the car. We would have been better off just coming down a few minutes early, something the front desk should have told us.

Grand Summit associates were all very welcoming, friendly and professional. Home away from home atmosphere. Awesome location and easy to get around to other activities.

There was construction but that had little impact on our stay and besides we knew that before we booked our trip. There really wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The rooms were big, very spacious. The property was very well maintained, nicely kept.

Didn't love our food at the grill restaurant. Our service was not good either.

Your staff is incredible. We had amazing service. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to go the extra mile.

Everything was fantastic!

Location couldn’t be better! Steps from the gondola and we could ski back directly into the hotel. We also had a create suite: two separated rooms with a spacious interconnected living room. 3 baths in total.

The grab n go restaurant has not many options. Room service is better!

Front desk were very accommodating. Changed our room so we had a bigger room for our anniversary. Also, so we did’t have to look at the construction. Ove the full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Plenty of towels. Love the extra linens including pillows so we were not chasing staff for it.

The only disappointment was the restaurant was closed and there was construction going on, so lots of noise during the day (Jack hammering) Also, trucks pulling in and backing up at 3:00 am. Not many staff members. Ice should be on every floor.

Fantastic property, location, and service. Reminiscent of a European resort given combo of utility and coziness.

Pillows can be better. They are fluffy to start, but end up flat like napkins.
