The lodge location is great. The ski storage room is great. They heat your boots overnight. You change right there in a comfortable room. Leave your shoes behind. No need to lug skis and boots to your room. The gym is better than most if not all hotels. Outside pool and hot tub area is great. Towels and restrooms provided in this area. We didn’t use the indoor pool and sauna area but sure it was nice. We had a one bedroom and were very pleased with the space. Didn’t use the kitchen much but was a nice bonus. Bed was comfortable and heated floor in bathroom was a nice bonus (not sure if this is standard for all units).

The coffee in the the room is disgusting. To begin with, the bar for hotel room coffee is very low in the US, but the Wolfgang Puck coffee packs offered in the room tasted like rusted rain water. Please replace with something more palatable! There isn’t a nearby coffee shop open before 11 am, hence the room coffee is the only option. Check-in time of 4 pm is really pushing it. Please adjust back to 3 pm which is a little more manageable.

Liked that it had space for all of us to have room for downtime & space to play games together. An additional option for hot tub when the main one by the pool was a little crowded. Beautiful grounds to walk around & just take in the sites. Close to get to restaurants & the stores were a close drive.

How slow the elevator was.

Great location for the family. Lots of fun in the hot tub and plunge pool on 3rd floor. Nice fitness center.

We called to get new towels since we were staying there 4 nights. We never did get any towels they said housekeeping did not show up so we had to wash our own towels. I’ve never stayed in a place that would not bring you clean towels I guess since you have a washer and dryer you expect people to wash their own towels. It definitely is not an inexpensive place by any means.

Alerted the staff that the toilet wouldn’t flush, was told someone could probably look at it the next day, the day we were leaving. The shower also drained extremely slowly, standing water while you took a shower.

Great accommodations and location.

The main pool was closed but we were able to use another resort's pool. We went during the off season in between winter and summer and a lot of the shops were closed.

Stopped thru on a road trip in the off season, it was a beautiful hotel. Would love to visit again.

A bit tricky to locate in the mix, as a bunch of locations are ao close together and kinda look the same. The signs helped alot tho and GPS was close to accurate.

great location, close to the lifts ski valet service every morning and evening was superb ! kitchen and other unit amenities were functional parking in the underground garage was convenient and included in the price

relative to the unit that we rented in the same lodge last year, and in comparison to similar lodging at similar-sized other ski resorts this season, our unit at Sundial Lodge this year was overpriced the slow elevators are unsatisfactory (one wasn't even working for several days while we stayed there) the low ceilings and narrow corridors in common areas, as well as beige paint, give the property a dated feel

My room was very big & quite nice. Had a balcony with a good view & the location was great.

That I wasn't able to stay there longer.
