The staff was friendly. It was an amazing location. There are only a couple of things I would suggest. BUT I would stay here again in a heart beat! Their pool sticks and ping pong paddles were broken. The pool bathroom was stocked except it did not have a hairdryer which you need if you go outside with wet hair. And their breakfast included was confusing because they charged you and then deducted it, so it was never clear what was included . Otherwise it was amazing. Valet was included, the breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful lobby, room was clean but small for the price. View on 3rd floor was of tress, which is better than looking at another building! We loved having a fire in the room but sadly it didn’t work. We loved having a breakfast buffet, although limited choice for dietary needs and no time to wait for a la carte. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The hot tub and pool was excellent!
Heating system very noisy so did not sleep well at all. Fire in room was not working. Shower curtain pole precariously glued onto tiles and fell off in the middle of the night. Breakfast buffet was a bit basic. (The buffet was the reason we chose a hotel over a condo. We have kids and like a quick access breakfast before a days skiing. Not enough healthy gluten/dairy free buffet options. Sometimes the potato and egg options were swimming in cheese/cream and potato gratin was very oily. My 8 year old daughter struggled with the hot and heavy cast iron lids burned her hand. The waiter was quick to give a cooling gel pack. Too long a walk to our room with tired kids and tired ski legs.

The prices of meals. The food and drinks for all meals were outrageously expensive and coffee was more expensive than Starbucks. The beds weren’t the most comfortable of all the places we’ve stayed but overall it was a great stay.

We were not very impressed with the restaurant. Make sure if times with the shuttle bus we were left stranded in town.

Loved that they allowed pets! They even had a wall set up to take photos of pets that stay there!! Everyone provided exceptional service to my family and I!
Nothing too much. Wish that their menu was expanded and that they stayed open for dinner a bit longer than 2100, but that is just nit picking!
