My favorite aspects were the hot tub on the balcony and the large bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked. The facilities: pool, spa, steam room, and sauna- were lovely and well kept.

The staff was not very friendly. My wife and I just got married that day, and we showed up in our wedding attire. The staff didn't even say anything like 'Congrats' or 'Did you just get married?' When we left the front desk person was more friendly.

When we arrived, the front desk worker was on a phone call possibly with a superior. I stood there quietly and patiently for a little bit, but after waiting 5 minutes or so without being acknowledged while the front desk worker was having a conversation that could have definitely waited 10 more minutes.. I did say "Excuse me, do you mind if I check in? We just drove 17 hrs." Everything else was absolutely perfect!! And we will still be back

I absolutely loved the hotel. The mountain and street views were stunning, and having our own jacuzzi was amazing! There were plenty of food places nearby, and quick access to the outlets and the main street of Park City. Additionally, there was a bike station outside, so we could explore the area easily.

I feel the cleanliness of the room could have been better. They provided bathrobes, and one was dirty. Not a big deal, I just didn't wear it, but it's definitely something to keep an eye out for.

The staff, especially Daisy at the front desk, was amazing. She welcomed us with the most beautiful smile and she let us check in early and she monitored our stay to make sure all went well. She is an incredible asset to the hotel. We were very happy with the accommodations and loved the magnifying mirror. The location was perfect, very near our uncle in Kimball Junction and right next to Starbucks and all other sorts of stores and restaurants. Additionally, loads of towels and great cleaning staff. We will definitely return with the family for future ski trips to Utah. Highly recommend.

I forgot my face wash and the hotel only provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner Would recommend facial cleanser for us ladies.

I loved the bath tub, the shower, the hot tub, the fireplace and the balcony. Kitchen was awesome too!

Hated the tv; way too far from the bed and for the distance from bed, was way too small. We could not get comfortable on our bed, but I think we are just too used to our home bed. Lastly, I was not a fan of the no dining / breakfasst services in the hotel; as to location, Newpark needs more restaurant type facilities around, or closer than just fast food eateries. I heard there was a Dennys there not too long ago, and Maxwells was amazing, but would have been nice to have a few more breakfast /brunch facilities within a 5 mile radious...just an opinion. :)

Beautiful accommodations and beautiful location. Easy access to good restaurants and shopping

There was a lack of good plug locations for recharging devices. All of the plugs were either behind something or by a sink. There was a nice corner shelf to place devices but no plugs anywhere near the shelf to recharge devices. Wasted opportunity there.

This is not our first stay at this hotel. We love this hotel because it’s the cheapest yet one of the coziest, nicest hotels with private hot tubs on your balcony and very comfortable beds.

We have nothing we dislike, only wish the privacy walls were a bit taller or completely closed off so kids couldn’t peak their heads over.

It was so beautiful! Everything was super clean and well maintained. And loved the decorating and the cute candy store was a plus!! The pool was super warm and the hot tub was a little hot but not to be complained about. 🙏🏼 The Hot tub on the porch was so amazing to have! And the views from the balcony were breathtaking. Thank you!

I have no complaints! They let me check in early, the front desk people were super sweet. I work for guest services at a world mark by Wyndham and they give a good idea of how I want to be towards my guests! Super nice.

Hotel room was very small and dark. Moved to townhome it was wonderful. Loved the personal hot tub. Spacious and clean.

Web site description is not accurate. Shuttle service 4 bus changes to get to mountain. Had to take Lyft extra expense. No microwave in hotel. Townhome No pot holders in kitchen, bleach grout in showers, hotel store is lacking. Hot tub serviced and cleaned after each guest.

I loved that it was comfortable we had a private hot tub, it wasn’t noisy, close to shopping areas but also the freeway but not to close you heard the traffic. Check in was easy, parking was simple.

I think the pool should be open longer than 10 pm and it should offer a bit more amenities calling it a resort, however still very comfortable fun place to stay!
