Great hotel for a quick stay in LA. Well appointed, clean rooms. Nice breakfast including hot items, something for nearly everyone. The room was comfortable, had everything we needed - Chairs for 2, work space for me, side table for my daughter. Fridge worked great. Smart TV was a nice touch. Nice clean linens, comfy bed and pillows.

The bathroom got a little stuffy, but it was a hot summer day. We felt safe in the area. Just a little normal hotel noise as we were right next to the airport, but that was to be expected. Guests were smoking in the parking lot, but that isn't exactly the hotels fault.

For the hotel, I received service with a smile. All the staff was friendly, and the desk registration facilitator informed me that I had booked a smoking room, which was an error on my part, but since all the non-smoking rooms were booked, she offered to freshen the room to help clear the stale smell from the room. I loved that she went out of her way to make me comfortable when it was my error. It is close to the airport, also very close to African/Mexican and soul food restaurants as well fast food restaurant chains, SoFi stadium, fitness clubs, dept stores, and night entertainment on Market Street. If you want to see the sites in other Los Angeles cities, the freeway entrance and exit is very close allowing you to easily visit Culver City, Marina del Rey, Santa Monica beach, Hollywood, or Beverly Hills.

Everything functioned well, and the room was clean, I would like a few room updates such as wall controls for the heating and air, as well as an ice machine on every floor, but I appreciate the elevator.

I liked that it was close to food, the Kia Forum, SoFi Stadium and LAX. The bed was comfortable, there was a microwave, fridge and Keurig in the room. The breakfast attendant was nice. There was hot and cold water available in the lobby. Also a coffee unit with different selections for f coffee but no cups. It was like that for 2 days. Front Desk Clerks were nice at check in and check out.

My toilet made an loud squeaky noise when it is flushed. Also, the bed-light on the left side needed working bulbs.

I had a wonderful stay overall, but I think adding a security guard on-site could be a great enhancement. It would provide an extra layer of comfort and reassurance, especially for guests who might be unfamiliar with the area. Thank you for considering this!

I liked that check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. Also the bed was super comfortable and the room was big and, even if next to the highway, very quiet.

The receptionist was a bit rude, in my opinion. This was literally my first night ever in the US and my first night ever in a hotel too, so I did not understand the process that much. And the receptionist seemed kind of annoyed at me (because I didn't know exactly what to do) during the entirety of our two interactions.

A group of 4 of us stayed for a concert at the Forum, which was only a 6 minute ride away. The 2 queen room had ample space for us all to get ready together. There was a large 2 person mirror in the bathroom and large floor length closet mirror 2 people could also use at once. The staff was kind, and the a/c was strong.

My only complaint is that the room smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived, despite it being a non-smoking room.

I like the convenience of the hotel to the airport. It is also close to other landmarks and venues in the area such as Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles, Randy's Donuts, Hilltop Coffee, Youtube Theater, and Sofi Stadium. There is a swimming pool. The property was also very quiet to situated near a highway. The rooms were clean. This property has doors to access the rooms that are outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and hot. The breakfast attendant was helpful during breakfast and replenished foods often. The hotel is easily accessible to Ubers and Lyft drivers.

There is nothing bad that I can say about the staff or the room. The room where breakfast was held is very small. It can accommodate about a dozen people at one time. That's it. The service and cleanliness of the breakfast room was great.

During my recent stay, I appreciated its cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere despite being close to the street and freeway. Its convenient location near the stadium made it a practical choice for exploring the area without sacrificing tranquility. Overall, it was a pleasant and restful experience, thanks to the attentive staff and well-kept facilities.

When booking a stay at this hotel, it's advisable to request accommodations on the top floor to minimize noise disturbance. Being situated near the street and freeway, opting for the highest floor ensures a quieter environment. Sounds from adjacent and upper floor rooms might permeate through, particularly in lower or middle-level rooms. By selecting the top floor, guests can enhance their stay by enjoying a more serene atmosphere, free from potential disruptions caused by neighboring rooms.

Since we didn't get into the hotel till following day due to later flight arrival and car rental pickup didn't get the details of breakfast, time to check out. etc. The bed was comfortable. The noise from freeway offramp is noticeable so if light sleeper, wear ear plugs. It was a good location for us to pick up rental car from LAX to spend night and get on our way the next day.

Lupe, the breakfast hostess, is awesome! (Breakfast was better than we expected!) She was warm, welcoming and very helpful! Front desk during our stay ( a man Thursday evening, Saturday morning and a young woman the other times) were kind and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. We liked the Keurig coffee service and the desk and arm chair with side table were a nice addition. The heat/cooling was not too loud! The personal care items— soaps, shampoos, etc—were very nice and better than we expected.

Bed could have been firmer. It was very comfortable and warm— but not enough support for my back. I need a firm mattress, and this one was medium firm.
