Beautiful surroundings, immaculately kept, modern, up-to-date, clean. The breakfasts were incredible and the setting in the sunny breakfast room and Terrace was such a beautiful way to start the day. The beds were comfortable and the room was so spacious. I really enjoyed the walk-in shower and the oversize bathtub. The staff were exceptional and went out of the way to make sure my every need was met.

The only thing I found an inconvenience was that I was staying up the hill and I had to wait for the golf cart shuttle to take me from the main building to my room and back. At one point the golf cart broke down in the pouring rain and I waited 45 minutes before being told I would have to walk. However, staff did provide an umbrella.

Nice big bedroom with all the amenities. Very comfortable bed and nice swimming pool area.

the structure welcomes pets but they should also manage the pets barking in the middle of the nights. Rooms should be better soundproofed

Kuerig in the room. Should be mentioned in email booking. Size of the large room was great. Provided desk n corner sitting chair. Pillows good. Able to park car n leave there for genesis invitational event then return later to pick up from valet.

TV with easy to work cable for basic channels-espn, golf channel, etc. Room was not stocked with coffee cups and had to order n wait for late night. Restaurant closed at 9pm and we arrived at 8:40pm due to traffic and location. Not many choices around there and too late to go somewhere after checkin. First time I stayed in the upper building and there is no easy walkway down or up without requesting ride. Awkward. My first stay was in main building and much better.

The valet lost the key to our Tesla and we had to argue with them that they had in fact taken the key when we parked with Valet. They finally reviewed the surveillance video and found they did take our key and found out who misplaced the key. We were able to go back to the hotel to pick up our key.

After my first night at the hotel I was ready to give them 1 star and write a very bad review. The first room we got was absolutely horrible - it had no carpet on the floor, was not cozy, and was absolutely zero soundproof! There was no carpet in a hallway, so we could hear every single step and noise outside of the room! In addition to that there were different events at the restaurant (which is right next door) and it was extremely loud!!! But next day the staff was very kind and moved us to another building, which is all the way up the hill. And then our paradise vacation finally has started!! The same hotel, but totally different experience! We got an amazing cozy room with carpet (and carpet was in a hallway too, which made it more soundproof), with beautiful outdoor patio, few steps away from the pool. Super peaceful and quiet area, we were enjoying the birds singing every morning! The gym was in the building too, which was very convenient. Daily cleaning service, free bottles of water, coffee machine in the room, tasty food, comfy beds, amazing pool, great service - everything was just perfect! So I give 10 stars to the building “up the hill”, and 1 star to the “main building”. The staff was very helpful, so I give them 10 stars too!

Rooms in the main buildings, especially on the first floor. Location is ok, but you can’t really walk anywhere.

Beautiful spacious room with a balcony and view of the Getty Center. Great pool area. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Nice gym. Coffee station great! Really any problems we had were minimal. I would recommend.

The hotel is not walking distance from anything, though we did walk to the UCLA campus and then into Westwood, which made for a very long walk back. The inability to self park is annoying. The separation of the two room areas is somewhat problematic as one section is separated from the pool and the gym, the other separated from the bar and the restaurant-with quite a walk up or downhill to reach the other. Walls a bit thin-we could hear the neighboring TV behind our headboard. High parking fees and resort fee totally annoying.

the bathroom sink faucet was very loose and not working properly when we arrived, and then broke right off. I also requested a couple of extra pillows that were never delivered.

Rooms are spacious, stylish with good views and balconies. Good coffee maker in room and excellent cleaning service. The pool area and gym are excellent features. Delicious and healthy breakfasts served by friendly, attentive staff.

There could be more snacks or fruit in the room.

The kind people, the bar menu, the lovely smell of Amalfi Coast! So sorry we had to be evacuated but everyone was wonderful during the evacuation!

Beds are not very comfortable. Sheets could be better. The shampoo, etc., containers were IMPOSSIBLE to open!

the staff ! amazing Chris the bellman was exceptional in bringing our luggage, moving our rooms and even bringing up a bandaid for my daughter! Jenny at the front desk an absolute treasure and made every stop at the desk a pleasant one. Alex at the front desk seamlessly moved us to another room and was very helpful throughout our stay. Every single employee was professional, friendly and always with a warm smile. the housekeeping also five star
