The hotel staff was great good ethic skills very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff exceptionally great and helpful and patient provided good needed information nice smiles very friendly some places the staff are very mean and don't like to help once you pay out your money but Arizona Charlie's on boulder hwy has improved and very nice very good. Good place to stay

The new upgraded rooms should come with microwaves that would make this place complete

The location is exelente and the price is very good.

The carpet and the wall paper in the room. It needs an upgrade or at least paint the rooms another color. Las time I stay there the other room had the carpet coming apart, dirty. Other that, I’m looking forward for my next stay in a couple of weeks. The price is exelente and that extra money we save we spend it at the casino 🎰. Is a win win. Thanks Arizona Charlie’s boulder.

The staff at the front desk not including Mary she is a wonderful person me and my husband just love 💘 her. It was the manager very rude and disrespectful and i never received my deposit back after the manager was very clear on me getting it back not to mention i was charged twice on the same day because one of your employees who's fairly new told me i had to rebook again because the payment was declined when it wasn't never was reimbursed for that. But otherwise it was a great stay as always

Didn't like that the elevator went down luckily it was just for one day an night. But I have a bad leg an it was miserable walking up to the 3rd floor an it's not bad just wish the tv was a little Brighter lol was good tho. Other then the elevator my leg is so soar now an will be for a little while. But loved your place thank you so much

I'm simple don't like the no smoking policy's cause ppl do smoke prolly loosing money for ppl who would actually pay more at another place that's bad just to smoke lol sad but true

Staff upgraded the room to a suite for no extra charge, even though they included almost a 30$ hidden fee. Meal was more pricey than announced on posters but still good. Room very comfortable, good for a bunch of friends to stay in, but no power outlets makes it difficult to stay here, especially for several nights.

We like the part that the rooms are not in the casino you don’t have to go into the casino unless you want to gamble or eat don’t have to get hit with the cigarettes smell

The TV ‘s. are to small and not many stations the one in the bedroom seems to be bigger then the one in the main room.

Good price. Jasmine at check in was awesome. Room comfortable and clean.

At 3 pm checkin, only 1 person handling 15 people trying to check in. Jasmine was friendly, helpful under pressure. She needs a raise. No sign of any help around. Manager should be reprimanded for not staffing up or helping.

How clean and big the rooms were

Some of the maids are a little rude like for instance if you ask a tissue then they have an attitude like they're busy cleaning the room or something in there upset that they're getting interrupted

Sourdough Cafe is the best place inside a hotel that I have ever eaten at. The prices are good and the food is more than enough for the average person. Also my room was upgraded to a "King Suite" since my room was not ready and it was on Memorial Day. It was good to spread out and not run out of room for everything.

The Wi-Fi was less than adequate and there were not enough accessible outlets to plug all of my electronics into. Now there might be plenty in other rooms but, I only found one that was easy to get to and that was behind a chair near the AC. Also the Casino is not properly ventilated, so every time I had to go in there I was met by about 20 packs of cigarettes. Those are my main three complaints about this location. Speaking of, the location was good for me as there were different ways to get around and plenty of options to get out and explore.
