The property's location to family in the area was great. It allowed me to visit during the day and tour the local area. The bed was comfortable and the room's AC worked well to keep things cool during the evening.

I had to improvise a 'Do Not Disturb' sign with a piece of blank paper so my room wasn't disturbed during the day. Had to have my entry key card reprogrammed each evening when I returned. Apparently the little envelope didn't work to protect the magnetic strip on the back. The second night, there wasn't enough staff to cover the front desk and it took several rings of the bell before someone was able to respond --- one lady had been waiting for about 20 minutes before I started ringing the bell.

this is a typical budget hotel for travelers. nothing special, except the staff is extraordinary. i received friendly helpful service both times i have stayed here, far above what one would expect in a hotel like this. they provided covered secure parking for my motorcycle, an important thing for bikers, i was able to enjoy the near by hot springs, and not pay the high resort lodging price,

The staff was friendly and straightforward. I know it's an older facility and I like that it was clean. Easy to get to. This was one of the best sleeps I've gotten at a hotel.

Need to work on door handles. Mine could only open pulling it up. The door knob for the bathroom was loose. It would have been nicer to have more channels.

Very clean room, excellent breakfast, all staff very friendly and helpful. lots of parking. very reasonable rates. As seniors in our 70's, saving some money without sacrificing any amenities was great. We will go back there when we visit family in La Grande. Also. Great location and easy to find.

Felt like I was home where I can have access to what I need immiediately and most importantly, it feels safe with friendly people and environment. Thank you for accomodating our request.

The door to my room was hard to open.

Cold breakfast with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, breads and fruit were plenty. Small hot tub was great; outside was perfect for mid-june. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast room was open 24 hrs with microwave.

Pool wasn't operating.

I like the availability of rooms and one misunderstanding with staff but overall excellent service.

Carpet stained. Carpet ripply in hallway. Air conditioner was in a difficult place to adjust.

It was a good stay. I thought it was worth the money..non smoking rooms . The employees were good.

Our sink in the bathroom was leaking. It would have been a little better if it had microwave in the room.

It was very clean. However, the stains on the carpet were noticeable. The cracks in the bathroom sink were also noticeable. The bed was comfortable. Just shakie when one would turn over or move. Overall it was great.
