When breakfast was available in full it was great. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable! I loved the makeup removal cloths freely provided in the bathroom.

When we checked in the front desk agent was short fused and a bit rude. The phones were blowing up plus 2 check-ins so he seemed overwhelmed and not collected at all. I had to come downstairs and give my device the next morning to an different agent to finalize connection to wifi. The remote to the tv was a universal remote that wasn't directly functional with the TV settings: You had to finagle how to get to the guide which was broken up in sections on different channels (I had to again ask an agent) and use different buttons to get to the proper channels. Breakfast ran out of ALL juice and certain items took awhile to be replaced.

I like the location, very clean, staff was great. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and 24 hour. Coffee was wonderful.

We absolutely hated the fact that every chair outside at the pool was ripped and ruined to the point where you could not sit on it. It was a big disappointment because we love to lay in the sun and relax. Also, it wasn’t a heated pool and the sun did not go over the pool all day so the pool was freezing so we cannot enjoy a swim, I stayed there five years ago and loved it but even though everything else was good I would not stay there again and also the sink was in the bathroom was very slow draining and we had to always flush the toilet twice to make sure the toilet paper went down. But the staff was unbelievable. They were great very polite. They took care of the property well except for the pool.

We were only there for 3 nights but the location was great and the price even greater. Its accessible to the Stockyards in about 10minutes. We had no complaints regarding noise. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Theres a 7/11 right next door if you need late night snacks.

This is only if you are very very picky. We were fine with it but the elevator was all the way down the hall to the other side of the hotel. Not sure if it was the only one in the hotel or the only one on our side but its a walk down the hallway.

we came to town following the death of my first cousin, and the entire staff were very courteous and professional. her memorial service is coming up soon, and we plan on staying here again! I would expect to get the same wonderful treatment! keep up the great work, LaQuinta!

the only drawbacks were: not enough coffee in the room, and our stay was very short, only 2 nights! We will for sure stay here every time we visit my cousin in the future!

I am NOT HAPPY with the rewards program I should get them automatically rather than waiting a week to call corporate and tell them about my stay I have stayed here two different times and no points I stay form two to four days at a time. My visit once a month will be going to the HILTON if nobody responds to this email and GIVE ME MY POINTS are loose a good customer Troy Frederick

the entire experience was great. travel alot and i was pleasantly surprised on the hotel; cleanliness, staff and breakfast.. All without fail - Left with renewed faith at our stays at La Quinta.

Early check in - Still would like earlier check in.. BUT...we completely understand that facilities have to be maintained and ALL rooms have to be made up for incoming guests.

Good value. Close to Ft. Worth Stockyards which is where we spent our time while staying.

Elevator buttons on our floor were broken. The other floors were nearly as bad, but the down button on the 3rd floor was completely out of order. Also need some attention to pest control. Saw some Roaches in the bathroom at night. And there is a REALLY strong sewer odor outside near the far end of the building.

I would have liked to see my 50$ damage fee rescinded while I was still there. I invited staff in to see the room but they didn’t talk English. The desk clerk said to just put the key in the basket and they would inspect it later. I took pictures of the room when I left in case I have an issue. There should not be ..

We loved the look ,the feel, and how clean the whole hotel was ,we loved the pool area and loved that it had ice machines on every floor,loved the laundry facilities .the breakfast each money was lovely with a great selection of yummy and healthy foods .

We didn't like leaving .

had to pay new deposit every time I extended my stay. had 2 rooms $50x2 extended my stay multiple times. Only got my deposit back one time. watched a car get robbed in broad daylight. had my license plates stolen off my car
