I loved the staff they were very sweet and kind to us the women cleaning were also very kind. The room was clean but there was a small stain on one of the curtains, the hotel was clean and nice but maybe could use some updating on the carpeted stairs. The elevator did sound a little squeaky going up and down, but still in good working condition. The pool area looked so clean and the patio outside was very pretty and I enjoyed the hot tub. It was a lovely stay and the breakfast was amazing it was delicious and my kids and I loved it! The staff again was very polite and sweet, I would definitely stay again. The location was perfect for going to a graduation and it was right next to a Walmart which made everything so convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go again!

There were only a couple things I didn't like, but I listed those below. Overall if you need somewhere to stay in town for a couple nights, this is a great stay! It does look a little old but you can tell it's kept up and the rooms and hotel are kept clean. The staff is very friendly and polite and the location is perfect! It is a beautiful hotel and the views from the second story are nice as well!

We stayed one night in a king suite. The room was clean and had no funky smells. Our room had no carpet, which is a huge plus. That means you are not walking barefoot on mystery stains. The bathroom was remodeled beautifully! I liked their breakfast it had a good variety of food. I absolutely love that the hotel is all smoke-free!! And of course the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The furniture was outdated and scratched up, but it still served its purpose. The curtains were also old and worn out, and parts of it had come off the hooks.

Location is good and very large rooms. The room was clean had a good bed and good shower and great A/C. There is also plenty of parking at the hotel. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

It is an older hotel and is showing its age but thats fine for me as it is good value.

Breakfast is very good and lots of verity for vegetarian

Regular Creamer for coffee needs to be good brand like coffee mate. The one they are using is not good brand or quality. When I make tea using their creamer it test very bad. So whenever we make a trip to that hotel we carry our own creamer otherwise we can’t drink our morning tea and that mess our whole day plan.

Room very comfortable and quick check in. Very convenient distance from the university.

Breakfast was awful, I'm pretty sure you can do much better. Eggs were old and nasty. Orange juice was spoiled. They used to have good breakfast but this time was all around nasty.

The location was perfect for me. Breakfast was good. They had several options, including a belgian waffle maker, eggs, sausage, and some pre-made croissant sandwiches. I went with the waffle, adding some jelly and syrup. Delicious.

They didn't have milk or orange juice as an option for drinks at breakfast. It was just kid-size apple juice boxes and coffee. The rug in the entryway lobby slipped under my foot every time I walked on it, making it a bit precarious.

Location was right on the 'main' street in Commerce. Easy to get in and out. Room was comfortable and large. Loved the lighting in the bathroom.

Clean comfortable staff very friendly and welcoming. Made it early(1230pm) before check in staff welcome us with early checkin after our 5 hour drive which may it pleasant to get ready for football game which started at 2pm

Nothing was of dislike

Everything was peaceful and quiet.

The vending machine charged more money on my card after I completed the transactions.

Breakfast was not appealing, to say the least. Gravy looks like it was going bad. Scramble eggs look old and dry and the sausages were greasy
