The tall gentleman, (sorry didn't get his name), was the nicest, most welcoming and accommodating man. The breakfast was great. I loved that they had a hand sanitizing station upon entry. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very much. It was clean and well taken care of, much like the property. I understand why it's won awards and they should be very proud of themselves.

The only thing would be for updating decor/rooms. Not all hotels are new and sometimes that can show. This hotel has done a great job at not looking dirty or shabby despite that.

Staff was exceptionally helpful! Very accommodating! Everyone remembered my name and room number! It was truly a 5 star experience. I thought the value was good for the service and staff I experienced. Hot breakfast was good. Eggs and sausage and other carb choices. Hotel was quiet and over all very clean!! My room smelled good and the carpet was not dingy or oily feeling like other hotels. Big plus.... the wall thermostat allowed the fan to run continuously through the night which helps me sleep. There was even a switch by my bed that turned on the room overhead lights by the door. Furniture felt clean and the sheets were changed. I checked for bed bugs on the mattress and found no evidence at all. (And I have had bed bugs in my house from a bad hotel years ago. Total nightmare! ) this place was very clean, curious, and helpful in many ways. Whoever has set the culture of this place has done a great job of hiring the right people with the right attitudes! Thank you for one of the best stays in a hotel I've had in awhile.

I am a bit picky sometimes so keep all this in proper perspective... I like a softer bed. Mine was hard so I was given some extra comforters to pad the bed for a better rest. I tried the pool area.i believe this is the only neglected part of the hotel that I experienced. The hot tub jets don't work properly. It was not exceptionally clean in the pool area like the rest of the hotel had been. I found it to be just OK. The bathroom was a little neglected and the shower to the pool had been capped off and not usable. The hot tub was 103° and comfortable enough to seat 4 larger adults. The pool was pretty nice only 4ft deep at the deepest but definitely clean and clear. No urine off gassing the chlorine in the pool so that was nice. Overall great experience!

Great breakfast, clean room, great location close to restaurants

If I have to think of one thing I didn’t like, it would be a very strong air freshener in the lobby. I’m sensitive to smells, but I really wasn’t down there more than 5 minutes, so it wasn’t a problem at all!

Convenient location near the wedding venue I went to attend. A nice large room with a comfortable bed.

I did not like being in a room right above the lobby where cars pull in and out at all hours. One night there was a car revving its engine and idling its car for what seemed like an hour. Also the street or hotel lights are extremely bright on that side and the curtains in the room didn’t close enough to block out the light so I had a shaft of very bright light literally shining into my face in bed. I had to use the clips on the hanger to try and close the curtains better. I know there’s nothing they can do about the outside noise and lamps but fixing the curtains in that room would be nice, as well as simply letting the person know upon booking that the room gets more noise and light than other rooms. Maybe some people wouldn’t be bothered by it at all. I’m pretty sensitive unfortunately.

The staff we helpful and very nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with the usual options.

There was a strong smell in the room. Though not an unpleasant smell it was very strong. The breakfast ended at 9am as it was a weekday. This seems to be somewhat standard for hotels but it would be better if it were later. Also did not like that instead of little bottles of shampoo and soap there were bottle dispensers attached to the wall and no hand soap at all.

Staff were really helpful, room very spacious.

Waste bins could have been changed daily from the rooms, the gym wasn’t fully working, the pool could have been cleaner. More fruit options at breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was good. There was waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Any other options. Also nice that it has an inside swimming pool. Would definitely recommend staying here. I will be coming back.

In a very convenient area, we didn’t have to go far out to go to a place to eat or shop!I like the fact that you don’t hear a lot of noise coming from room to room and the staff was the. Friendliest staff that I’ve come across lately!!

I really didn’t enjoy sleeping in the bed after 2 nights, I began to hurt and neither did my husband, it. Would be really good. If. You would get pillow top mattresses and I’ll make you my home. Away from home place to stay!!

my only issue is the lightbulb in the entrance way was out but in all fairness i am sure they would have replaced it if i had asked, the staff was very good! the room was very clean, comfy & quiet, the included breakfast was very acceptable!

no shade trees to park under, companies NEED to leave the trees or replant them after construction, trees are VITAL to our environment & it is so nice to be able to park your car under one! we already have way too much concrete!
