Parking should have been included with stay

I liked the ease of ordering my breakfast for the following day using the menu in the room. The staff was punctual and my meal was still nice and warm when I received it. I appreciated that the staff checked in on my during my stay via text. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the wait staff was excellent.

My main concern is that the phone inside my room didn’t work. I was able to use my cell instead but because I was traveling alone it would have been nice to have a working landline for extra safety just in case. Also, the breakfast menu options via the paper menu in the room was slightly confusing. The breakfast I ordered had 4 sections with three different options in each section. I was under the impression that I got to choose 1 item from each section but that was not the case as I only received 3 items total the following morning. I think that part of the menu option could be clearer.

The room size was amazing. The bathroom was beautiful. The front desk people were helpful and the valet guys were great.

Unfortunately, the bathroom tub leaked - the toilets didn’t flush well - the bar sink didn’t drain - the pull out bed blankets had holes and the comforter was disgusting. While I enjoyed the balcony you can hear the music from the outside space. I needed to print some documents and the printers didn’t work correctly. It took over an hour and their IT/engineer for both of us to figure out how to finally get them printed.

Location & the amazing view of the lake was exactly what we were looking for. Having a pool and food service on site was a plus too!

No staff to attend to customers at the market on site. Had to look for utensils myself all over the area and counter, which I don’t mind at all except there was no clear location of where utensils should be. Had to go the lobby and get someone to help and they went into the back to get it.

Beautiful, clean, and luxurious. The pool was wonderful. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was great and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, it was a great stay - would definitely go back again.

ONLY complaint, and it’s small, would be they need to have a way to stream from you phone. Most hotels I’ve been to lately have this via a chromecast or something you can connect to. Again, very small complaint.

The breakfast was good.

When I checked in the lady was not welcoming. I didn’t like the room given to me so I request for a better one and I was charged and additional $40 a night for a better room. Not to mention when I called down to front desk the lady said I didn’t even have a reservation despite the fact she just checked me in. As a member I was upset then to learn that my points was not added do to booking issues that I explained to guest services.

Hotel is very nice. Good location if you enjoy comfortable and familiar eateries and shopping (read chain). Comfortable beds, extremely clean facilities Staff is amazing

Nothing free without using rewards points. You can get a bottle of water, but there's nothing complimentary like what's becoming standard at most hotels. Especially for the price. The bathrooms are a bit snug. Chain restaurants abound. (Can be good or bad) And the bar/restaurant is just ok.

The hotel is beautiful. Love the location, the fact that it’s dog friendly and the light blue decor. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and it was so cozy and nice.

Everything was great. No complains. Couldn’t get the stopper to work in the bathroom sink but other than that - it was a wonderful visit.

Beautiful location and very pretty facilities

No extras at all for the price -just the same dispensers on the walls in the bathrooms. No included breakfast or coffee in the lobby available.

I don't agree that we should pay extra for parking. It should be complimentary for the guests staying over night, since the location is not in a dowtown area.
