The breakfast was good. Location of the breakfast was fine. I liked that the dining area in the lobby always had ice water. I drink a lot of water and I was able to fill up my large Stanley mug on my way in and out.

I had to go back downstairs at one point because my key didn’t work. That was annoying and inconvenient. I always make sure I don’t have the key against my phone or wallet. The two keys were in a separate pocket by themselves. And it still managed to malfunction. I know this happens a lot at other hotels and has to do with the magnetic strip, but the technology here needs to be improved.

Breakfast was okay. I will recommend to vary the hot items. When you stay for a week, you will appreciate eggs be in a different way. Others hotels offers small cheese omelets, scramble eggs with onion and sweet peppers, etc. Also you may offer sausage round like a small burger; also you can offer bacon, regular ham, Canada bacon. Also will appreciate if you offer turkey.

lack of variety in the breakfast. Lack of rooms without tub (only shower)- It is safer for seniors.

I tried making a reservation on this app but I didn't check the check in time and it wasn't going to work for me I needed sooner so I was not able to get a offer in the app so I went inside in person and all they had was a bigger suite which was very spacious clean and had a bed sofa Big shower and tv a/c living room area and bedroom and the bed was very big and loved the pillows 100% recommend and the staff was very nice and able to get me booked fast and parking area well lit

Everything about my stay was excellent. I was within five mins to 30 mins of everything we needed and more. The housekeeping was extremely polite and courteous and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and hope to revisit in the near future thank you.

The beds were amazing. They were so comfortable.

I loved everythingf about my stay except the A/C unit. It would freeze us for 30mins and then it would sue off and get warm for about 30mins and cycle would repeat. But overall my room was good. The bathroom toilet was a little too low for my liking.

It felt like it was in a safe area. The cleanliness was not white glove clean but it was acceptable. The staff was pleasant and it was pretty quiet.

Breakfast could have been a little better, maybe more meat choices or more pastry choices but it was acceptable.

Conveniently located between Dallas and family residence. I was able to visit many interesting places and restaurants/shopping areas were not too far away.

Carpets were stained in the hallways and the lamp shades in the room were very dusty. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

The breakfast was decent they only had sausage, I would have hoped for bacon and also actual eggs that are fried or scrambled

I like the large room, it was very clean and smell good, the young man at the front desk was very nice made it very easy to check in and out and help with directions to our room.

The breakfast could be much better the orange juice was sour I would like more fresh fruits, maybe more choices in juice toast, or bagels

This is so EXCITED!! I came here to weeks ago and in up in the same room, WOW!! This Ok is everything, the staff and People is over friendly, this is the place to be on Vacation or work . We will be back soon!!
