The breakfast wasn't as good as it was the last time I stayed here, but it was still top notch for a free hotel breakfast. They were awesome, the new management and owners are EXCELLENT and WAY BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS. These people know how to take care of guests and make sure they are getting what they pay for. I HIGHLY recommend the surestay.

The only complaint I have is that my aunt and I had to share a bed. There was just no availability in a two bed suite. Other than that, this place is the only hotel I will choose when I need one, especially an extended stay.

I loved the location. The hotel was close to everything I wanted to go to. Check in was smooth and the front desk clerk waived the deposit.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up with my entire back aching and so did my husband. The breakfast was disappointing. They served waffles and toast.

The television was too small could not understand the channels cannot get the remote to work, like it should Not enough parking spaces in front

The towels and linens here aren't great. They rarely have face towels. Limited soap. The sofa bed is old and jammed. The desk chair is super squeaky and loud when on calls/meetings. The A/C had to be reset a few times before blowing cold air. I don't think there is A/C throughout the hotel like outside of the rooms.

I liked the location, it was close to big box stores and gas stations and quick marts and restaurants. The hotel room was good sized and the amenities added value. The breakfast was almost good enough to wake up early for.

Coming from Oregon our time difference made breakfast from 4am to 7am our time which felt too early to wake up for. They should have a more obvious sign at the entrance of the hotel, I just used the qwick car sign as point of reference.

I like the staff. They were very nice and professional.

Getting in the building and rooms using the key card was a challenge. When we tried to get back in the building or the rooms, the card most of the time didn’t work, it was inconsistent. The card stay active for so long, to where we had to keep getting them reactivated.

Checking out and in. The up and down scale of rates. I have seen a lot of repeat guests and there are no rate accommodations for those that are here for long extended periods of time. Also the holds that are put on your bank account and a mixup that occurred in my booking.

The spacious rooms. The shower pressure was amazing, just dont shower during busy times, like when housekeepers are washing, etc. Because not enough hot water to go around. This is the best welcoming staff I've seen in a long while

Everything about my stay was awesome the staff was extremely nice and professional. My microwave didn't work and they replaced it with a working one. Just great customer service.

Great for a free continental breakfast. VERY CLEAN staff very nice. The location was good, quiet, and safe. The room was very big and even had a sitting area, as well as a fridge, and microwave. At a great value.

The BEDS, AND PILLOWS. they were very, uncomfortable very.
