It was a beautiful set up and very nice area. Location was great and that staff was kind.

The glass door to the bathroom and the barn door like style. The bathroom had now privacy at all. Might as well have been a toilet in the middle of the room.

The location was great on Harbor Walk whch has many great dining options and shops. We had very nice dinner at restaurant in walking distance of hotel. Hotel has nice breakfast included and good coffee Beds and room size are very comfortable.

From the moment we arrived the staff talked to us and treated us like family. We felt very welcomed. The breakfast was very delicious. Hot, fresh and the area was very clean and everything well stocked. Even the housekeepers were friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next stay at this facility!!

The breakfast was pretty good. The location was great for my work. This location was clean inside and out this location. Will definitely stay the next visit.

No complaints actually for as location, staff, or rooms. But I have say the eggs for breakfast could use some work 😊.

We loved the location of the property. Very close to great places to eat. We also really enjoyed the breakfast options. They were very healthy and loved the crustless quiche!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Lovely room. They seemed to think of everything (microwave, coffee maker, USB ports EVERYWHERE. Comfy sofa was great for relaxing, complete with ottoman. Front desk staff was very attentive.

The view of the back parking lot and freeway was way less than nice. And the freeway noise was horrid. Tried leaving the fan on all night to drown out the noise but it shut off as soon as we went to sleep. The desk chair was not comfortable for working.

Staff was amazing. Wonderful location. Breakfast was lovely. Room was spacious, clean and comfy.

You can't really use the pool from 6 to 10 as it says. Everything we went by it was closed.

Hotel was extremely clean and had restaurants nearby in walking distance which were great. Lake nearby that you could walk to. Room was very clean, no noisy neighbors. Pool was really nice. Breakfast was good. Front desk clerks were very nice

Didn't eat breakfast but grabbed some coffee and it looked really good! The only food I ordered was from a restaurant close by and it was delivered to the front desk with no problems.

Maybe added a nightlight in the bathroom because it was so dark. Everything else was great and the room was very big and the furniture and bed was very comfortable.

Location , cleanliness , and very friendly staff . Loved being so close to the harbor and all of the restaurants .

Would have liked firmer pillows on the bed .
