You have a large wonderful choice for breakfast and keep it well stocked and clean .my daughter and fiancé drove 40 miles further north to stay at the #1 hotel in DFW and they said it was the best they have stayed at. offering private parking ,decor is absolutely welcoming ,it’s spacious and service and hospitality is awesome ,the smiles and ready to assist you is a big plus and the rooms are clean and have everything you need .the hotel is in a safe area in city line .and restaurants and other small shops walking distance .close to traffic area but ask if you are a light sleeper or with babies for rooms toward the city line .PERFECT place to rest Thank you

We stayed here before our drive 6 hours north the next day after arriving on dallas forth worth airport. we had a great stay. positives: - outside pool 9am-10pm at 6th floor - including dinner and breakfast (breakfast in weekends starts at 7am) - free parking garage, reachable with same elevators as for the rooms - comfortable beds - clean rooms - relaxed atmosphere I had a great stay with my kids. we were all rested up before our long drive the next day. We'll stay here again at the end our holiday back to the airport.

in the front you hear the cars over the highway. we didn't sleep less on it though. our stay was great.

The breakfast was very good with many selections : scramble eggs, sausages ,gravy,,butter biscuits ,oatmeal, 3 different waffle maker hot syrup,boil egg , pancakes, apples,bananas , cinnamon swirl bread,blueberry muffins milk,cranberry apple juice all kind of cereal; everything was delicious....!!!

They didn't have pork bacon and turkey sausage that would made breakfast more interesting and better because everybody don't eat pork and that would probably bring in more customers...!!!

The staff at the reception had welcome us warmly when I checked in. Our room smells fresh and clean when we entered, we also had a great view. Soaps and shampoos are well provided for the length of our stay. WIFI is free, which is great. I love the free breakfast and the 5:30 Kickback. I do not have to worry where to eat if I just want to stay and enjoy the comfort of my room. It also has a restaurant that's available when you get hungry late at night, and they do room delivery too. Soda, coffee and drinking water are available 24 hours for free. I like that the pool is outdoor and the water is clean, and the pool area is clean and well kept as well. I enjoyed my morning walk in the gym which is well kept, gym equipment are working well. The staff were great, courteous, and polite. This is actually my second stay at Drury, the first time was in Drury in Montgomery where we also had the same great experience that's why we opt to stay at Drury in Richardson for our weekend getaway.

I just noticed the smudges on the backrest of the seats in the dining area particularly the booth seats. The same goes to the part of the door gate (where the food are being served) where they mostly hold the gate to open or close it. Maybe needs a little wiping. Overall, the dining area, the soda and coffee stations are clean in general.

Comfortable beds, large room and price for the hotel.

The front desk receptionist asked to see my husband’s ID card even though I checked us in. I have a double last name but my last name and his last name are the same. But he needed to see “his ID” so I had to wait for my husband to park the car in the garage and get our stuff and come inside. Normally I’m very patient but I was exhausted bc we had driven six hours and I told the front desk. I just wanted to check in to sleep but he stilled needed to verify the identity of the debit card. It was annoying and my husband’s hands were full. We work seven days a week and were in town for my niece’s wedding. The gentleman was nice but I was so exhausted.

Three free cocktails before 7pm, wow! That was a nice surprise! And the breakfast was good and convenient. Had something for everyone even kids if you're traveling with them. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, other breads, waffle maker, jams/jellies/peanut butter, lots of fruit, etc., etc. My room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The menu at the restaurant was extremely limited and didn't really have "something for everyone." That being said, I had chips and queso and a caesar salad. Queso was excellent, and the salad was simple, but still tasty. AND I took it all up to my room and the packaging was all sustainable/compostable! Wow.

I have stayed here many times and always have good experience. The location is great-so easy on and off freeway. The parking garage is a big plus for me. I love the access to soft drinks and water 24/7 in the lobby and coffee in the morning. I don't eat breakfast but many guests always take advantage of that and it looks great. The beds are super comfortable and the price is always right!

This is just a small thing but the carpet in my room could have been vacuumed better. I would still give it a 9/10 on cleanliness and I was still very happy with my room.

The staff was AMAZING!! Everyone was friendly, helpful and kind! Allie really made us feel welcomed and helped us with anything that we needed. She literally was there every morning and every night with a smile and warm greeting!! Corey makes the best cocktails ever! He always checked in on his my day was because the struggle can be real with 4 kids. There was a guy, I didn't catch his name, young tall black male, that went above and beyond to help us find site seeing brochures. He always had a smile and was very respectful. Everyone did a great job cleaning and maintaining the establishment.

Our neighbors, room 712, had a yound dog that would whine, cry, and scratch all day and night which is no fault of the hotel staff, it reflects on the irresponsible dog owners. After I alerted the staff they were quick to contact the guess and address the matter. They regularly asked how my stay was going, and they actually cared.

Everything about this hotel was perfection. The parking was so easy, the elevators were quick, the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and so clean. Both the breakfast and the dinner was excellent and I could not be happier with this hotel. I wish I had a reason to go back, it was the best stay I’ve had in a long time!

Everything was so wonderful, I can’t think of a single thing that could have been improved. This was a five star experience at a not-five-star price!!!

I like the pool and the gym, car parking is excellent. Train station is great for access to downtown Dallas

The gym needs a little refresh, it is too small and the free dumbbell weights are too light, nothing over 30 lbs consider going up to 60lbs please. Checking in is far too slow at Reception. The quality of the breakfast food is very ultra processed. Consider improving the yoghurt, bread and eggs. Count ingredients on the packets - to align with Hilton and Marriot breakfasts.
