I booked a king suite with a pull out bed I got a king room but no pull out bed for my kids. I asked the lady at the desk for an extra blanket for my children she stated there was none. The price did not match the 112.00 I booked for on booking, I was a bit confused but she didn’t explain the reason it wasn’t matching I later read on booking it was the refundable 50.00 damage fee. She was short and told me to ask a manager in the morning. We called down to the desk to ask if they sold drinks (soda, water etc.) she also stated no. Clearly this morning there was a cooler being stocked with drinks. The location and facility was great just the service at the front desk wasn’t what I expected or have ever dealt with in the past.

The rooms are clean and spacious ,plenty of room for storage (dresser,closet,nightstands have shelf storage underneath for books,personal items),super comfortable beds,extra entryway area ,friendly staff and cost efficient. One of the best hotels for the price and free breakfast was a bonus! I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bathrooms are a little small and towels are somewhat lower quality. Dove body wash,shampoo,conditioner and body lotion are nice amenities though.

Booking a room with mobility tub access was not streamlined enough. Person assigning the room MUST have a Verified list of available rooms with tub. First room assigned DID NOT have a tub ... even though he/she said it would.

Breakfast being served to late for workers and business people. You would be surprised how many people have to go find somewhere else for breakfast before work. Not healthy compared to what they should have been able to get at the hotel for the price we pay to stay overnight.

Their breakfast didn't always have all the food. Sometimes it was make-shift. I was always early so it wasn't running out. Ice machine on my floor never worked i was there for two weeks.

We had many choices for breakfast. Something for everyone. I liked how spacious the room was and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's not anything the hotel can do about it. We were right by the highway so you could hear the cars. When I got in that comfortable bed I went right to sleep and never noticed the car sounds.

There were some funny smells in the room when we walked in. It smelled like hairspray. Also there was a funky smell coming from the ac unit near the window, but the other rooms we had were great and smelled perfectly fine.

only one elevator working so had to wait for it. hallways were hot and humid.... in Texas in July. The hallway doesn't have to be cold but at least cool if off some and provide air flow.

Convenient to the City Line Bush DART station which we took to the State Fair. Indoor pool was nice to swim. Breakfast was fine. Room was comfortable.

Would be great to have the pool open earlier in the morning than 10 am. Would have been nice to swim before checking out.
