Facilities were great!

One of the staff personnel (young short brunette girl) was unhelpful, she wasn't able to find my reservation, I had to call booking.com and they were not helpful either. I feel she did the minimum to help and was just rushing me away. After about 40 minutes another staff lady came, a bit older, and she was extremely helpful. She found my reservation by just going over all the new reservations of that day. She didn't took more than a few minutes. She was kind, and very nice.

Very clean, pretty good breakfast, convenient location and it was really quiet when we stayed, which was nice since my wife is a light sleeper. We would stay again in the future. Very happy with the experience.

Not much to mention. I will mention that if you happen to stay on the west side of the hotel it can be a little loud at times because you are so close to the President George Bush turnpike (tollroad). If you want a really quiet room I would request a room on the east side, away from the toll road.

It was very clean and staff was very friendly

They have the same breakfast on the weekends. I stay here once a month from Thursday-Sunday and they always have eggs and sausage for breakfast. There used to be breakfast potatoes on the weekends and they were delicious. I’d love if they would go back to having that on Saturdays.

I loved how friendly the staff was towards us. Even though we overslept the checkout time, they first checked up on us to make sure we were okay. They were very understanding and best of all, they didn’t charge a late check out fee. The room is about as standard as can be so I can’t complain.

Very beautiful and the rooms were great and the breakfast was very great. Staff was amazing and kept the place smelling and looking great. Tina at the front desk had to deal with a lot of rude and disrespectful people, but she stayed calm and professional with a smile on her face. Now she showed great customer service.

Only thing is that it takes them forever to process the payment when you check out. I checked out on Sunday, and payment was processed on Wednesday.

I don’t say this about a lot of hotels but great breakfast!!

The room wasn’t super dirty but the bathrooms could for sure use a deep clean in the corners.

The receptionist wendy had to argue with about my bookings and keep telling me a made mistake instead of just fixing it for me. We also requested for new towels but nobody came up and instead we came down to ask for it. We stayed for 5 nights.

The location was perfect, as it was so close to the hospital. I didn't eat much of the breakfast, as I eat a very low-carb diet. I did have some eggs and sausage.

The eggs were cold, so I couldn't eat them. The sausage was very good. The accommodations were excellent, though, and the bed was very comfortable!

Breakfast was great! Nice selection and quality food. Hotel was convenient to lots of activities and highways were easy access.

A bottle of beer was over $7, but really everything was excellent.

I just love the staff and the location. Was perfect, and of course, Tina at the front was amazing again. The room was awesome, and the breakfast was amazing as well. I just love this hotel and will be back.

There is nothing negative to say I love everything about this location.
