The night clerk was super helpful and super kind. I had left overs and no utensils and graciously found me some and she even helped me with my desert dilemma (yes, I said desert dilemma) I settled on a chocolate muffin! The house keepers were great also. The hotel and my room looked and smelled clean,, comfortable beds, plush pillows and plush towels.

I think rooms should definitely have a microwave but there is one in the breakfast room after hours. The breakfast could've been better, room temp eggs aren't all that good but still a good breakfast.

Stayed for 5 nights and breakfast varied somewhat everyday. It was better than other similar class hotels. King room size was good and liked the wooden floors. Pools was small but decent. Didn't use the jacuzzi. Room was clean when we checked in and soap and towels were of good quality.

Fitness center was a disappointment. most of the machines didn't work and the AC was out the whole time we were there. The TV was outdated and we were stuck with the hotel cable choices with no options for netflix.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to contact the front desk at 10 pm on a Saturday night for a typical maintenance issue that could happen anywhere. The maintenance guy fixed it quickly. The breakfast buffet was always well-stocked, which was amazing since the hotel was booked that weekend. Staff was very friendly. Every housekeeping person I saw always said hello and wished me a good day. Room was very nice and clean and bed was very comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

They advertised that they had a bar, but it was no longer there due to licensing issues. Not a huge problem. But after traveling all day, a drink in a relaxing atmosphere would have been nice.

Breakfast was amazing, staff was great.

My door locked and the hotel had to break in twice . They gave me another room the second time but the air didn't work well at all. There was no manager at the hotel at all while I was there. I was told only during the day for like 4 hours so I never saw or heard from them which was sad because of the door thing. Not good trying to break in to a room you paid for in your pajamas while people walking around at midnight.

The location was great; the staff were very friendly and responded to my concerns quickly and with professionalism; and the room was nice but needs to have a comfortable chair in it, and clean blinds.

I wish that you can offer turkey sausages, bacon, and/ or ham during breakfasts. Everyone doesn’t nor cannot eat pork. The room did not have a microwave which is very much needed and the blinds were so dusty.

The room was configured well and well supplied. It was quiet without exception. The card access was touch- only capability. There was a snack bar available 24x7 and was always supplied with fresh food and drinks. The staff was considerate and always attend to my needs regardless of what was going on. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied for all palates and customs.

I would convert the tub-shower to just a shower. There are, of course, some people that still take a tub bath, but not that many and usually not in a hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Staff was courteous at all times.

There was nothing that I didn't like. If any suggestion, I stayed for 7 days and the breakfasts were all the same. Maybe change the menu up a little.

The location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great haven’t had a good breakfast like that in over a year. I will be visiting again soon.

I didn’t like it wasn’t a microwave in the room and the room was a little stuffy.

I liked that when I checked in, I asked the clerk if I could have a room on a lower floor, and he got me on the second floor. It was very quiet and I was fully satisfied.

I didn't mind the concrete work being done on the drive, approach, sidewalks, or parking lot - just wished it had been better marked and maybe told what to expect upon checkin.

Bed is amazingly comfortable. Room was cold like I normally like it.

A lot of noise co.ing from the floor above. I'm not sure why, but the initial price was around $135, and when I checked in after 3 p.m., I was charged $209.47, and I'm not sure why. Last week, I was charged a $50 deposit that I was told would be returned, and I gave yet to see it in my account.
