I was there for unhappy circumstances, my brother had passed away. The staff was not aware of this but they treated me with the utmost respect and kindness! Always with a smile! I have to use a cane, and sometimes a walker, they were kind enough to point out parking that was closest to the elevator, to make it easier on me. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. And the shower was beautiful, I would still be in it if I could. If you are staying in Garland for anything you would be doing well to stay here!

The Morning/Evening Shift People Has No Good Customer Service At All! I booked my reservation a month are so prior to arrival when I got there I had to wait cause there were no rooms available are ready Than on top of that had a late check in that was holiday inn staff fault clearly, but still had to check out at 11am They should have offered a $20 dollar discount per room, I DID PAY FOR TWO ROOMS! Not sure if I will book here again tho because CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING TO ME!

Everything was as expected. Did not have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. My son’s family stayed in a king w/sofa. Unlike most hotels, the sofa was basically in another room (although not separated by a door). This worked out great because they were able to put their 2-yr old to bed and stay up late without disturbing his sleep.

Although this didn’t affect our stay, the color scheme was horrendous.

Nice and clean, plenty of parking, and has a Lazy Dog restaurant close that is open late. Food and drinks are available late even on Sunday!!

There wasn’t any coffee available after 10am!! We checked out 30 minutes early but the breakfast area was completely closed up and there were no opportunities to get coffee.

I don’t like the bed . It smells like syrup. Can’t sleep with that smelly( God love me)😭🥲🙏🏼

Very clean with and no strong smells except near the pool. Even that went away later when the door stayed closed longer. Nothing had been allowed to run down even though it seemed like it was an older building.

Bed was on the hard side. Coffee bar could use a new thermos.

Good location, in a quieter area and well-maintained, staff was friendly and very attentive, facilities were clean and had no issues with room.

Offered breakfast on the ads online and breakfast is not included in the stay, it must be purchased separately, a little deceptive in the advertising, if it isn’t free, maybe just leave it out of the description.

Clean and nice hotel in what felt like a safe part of town. Staff was amazing, very helpful and with great sense of humor. Complimentary breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I liked the system of redeeming vouchers for a dish from the menu, because the food was hot and didn't have time to get soggy. I highly recommend the stay, if only for the piping hot breakfast sandwich trio served to order with baked potatoes.

Location, comfortable bed and all at a good rate.

TV was confusing, not familiar with spectrum TV and the channel guide on remote didn't work so had to scroll forever to find something we wanted to watch. It was a minor problem, but frustrating.

The beds were comfortable, the ac worked great, decent water pressure. Hotel provided shampoo, condition and body wash in the shower.

Previous occupant stole 1 of the batteries out of the remote. Lol. Front desk clerk said he would bring us one, but we declined as it was already pretty late.
