Breakfast was good. Location was great, very close to shopping center, very quiet. Indoor pool worked out great with the cold weather. Beds were very comfy.

Pancake machine kept running out of mix because people were taking more than 5 at a time. Staff in charge of the food should be more attentive to the area and keeping it clean. For the wifi you have to put in your information in order to get it free?? It seemed catchy so never used it. And was not aware of the $25 accidental fee, which is returned to you but was caught off guard, was never mentioned in the booking.

The location the beds were super comfy. The young lady that checked us in at 4:30 pm on 9/12/24 was super nice and professional.

The ac was very loud. We had to evacuate the building at about 1:30 am because of fire alarm. There was no explanation or apologies given. Lights were out in the elevator area on 3rd floor

The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was really good. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I’d like to say the receptionist, West is her name, was one of the biggest assets for this place. She was always kind and smiling when I came through the front door, and was particularly patient and helpful with a luggage issue I had. She is a huge asset to Hilton. I travel a lot and frankly, I wish more hotel staff were like her.

Walls and floors a bit thin, which surprised me for a newer hotel.

You don’t have to worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hairdryer the whole hotel has it all

It’s either the swimming pool or the hot tub that does not work. Hot tub has not been worked or been repaired since several days has been pretty much several months.

I stay at this location everytime I'm in the area. Great location ( near restaurants and stores). Staff is always friendly and outgoing. Great amenities (communal decor pool table, seating areas, indoor pool). Rooms are comfortable and clean. FABULOUS breakfast bar!!

Nothing could have been better. It was, as ALWAYS, a wonderful stay.

I liked the room lay out and that everything was updated. The location was adequate but all the other hotels near Garland had lesser reviews due to the surroundings.

My bathroom, although the look was nice the glass doors to the shower were cumbersome and I did have some trouble with the toilet flushing. This wasn't a big deal as I was only there for a night.

Breakfast was excellent. WiFi connection was fast and reliable. Everything was spotlessly clean.

There is only one ice machine for the entire hotel, and it was usually out-of-order. Breakfast area is a little limited in seating.

The breakfast bar was great and staff was very friendly.

The mattresses aren’t the most comfortable of hotels I’ve stayed in. Housekeeping is not daily, however they will clean the room if you ask. The biggest flaw in my opinion is that there is no storage in the room, no drawers or closet space so it can get very cluttered.

Very clean! Really liked the modern vibe. Breakfast was good, there were plenty of options. Coffee was great too which is hard to get at continental breakfasts

The carpet on the fourth floor is lifting or not laid correctly down the entire hallway. Someone could trip and hurt themselves
