It was a very good property. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was always warm and there was enough for everyone. If we needed additional toilet paper, paper towels or regular towels they were available. The scheduled room maintenance was pretty good as well. I liked the fact that the bedding was completely changed just like the towels. Also, the appliances, pots and dishes were very good.

It wasn’t the property, as much as the rewards points. Since my reservation was through Booking, I was not able to receive reward points for my 22 night stay.

What can I say about the eggs, awful If you are going to use powered eggs at least add butter and salt…… And invest in better towels I think alittle improvement in the above items Would be an asset to your hotel.

Breakfast was excellent! We really enjoyed it! A full breakfast. The bacon was a little overcooked, but the sausage, hashbrowns and eggs were great!

The bed was okay but not as comfortable as some hotels. Not too soft and the mattress pad was in shreds and needs to be replaced. The sheets were fine, but would prefer a more ample comforter. The couch was very hard. Would prefer a softer couch.

I liked the area. Close to school and work. The property was pretty nice and clean. The outdoor areas were nice.

The workout facility is in dire need of an upgrade. A few of the machines did not work and there wasn’t a good variety of machines. Also, our room had a very damp smell every time we walked in.

The location was very convenient for our daily activities. The breakfast selection was very good with many options of freshly prepared items. The kitchen, housekeeping, and desk staff were very courteous and attentive.

We have nothing to report that was unfavorable.

The property was great and in a very nice location

That they didn’t provide house keeping every 3 days as stated they would. I had to go to the front desk several times for supplies for the room. They then charged my credit card for the room when it was already paid from through booking.com. Took 2 times talking with them to reverse charges.

The breakfast had variety and it was of good quality. The staff was very attentive and the dining area was clean and inviting. It was a welcome addition in light of the fact that our room had kitchen facilities.

I have nothing to report in this regard. I found the facility met all of our needs.

Full size kitchen with dishwasher & all the essentials (soap, washcloth, coffee cups) The bed was in a separate room with a door! It was a little apartment, nice & clean!

Sunday morning they swapped the biscuits & gravy for oatmeal & hash browns.

Everything was awesome about the room, the breakfast was good, and the staff service was perfect!

The only downsides to out trip was that the pool wasn't open during our stay although the weather was perfect and the fire pit in the courtyard was out of order.

Excellent option for accommodation, if you are on a personla/business trip. Very kind and helpful staff. It was a great experience overall
