Outdoor pool was awesome during summer in Texas Included breakfast was great Location on the Dallas Dart line. Unexpected bonus, the airport transfer via Dart was exceptionally good value at only $6

There were some bugs in the bathroom, particularly at night. Nothing too bad, but would be good if they were not there.

The room was good; bed was comfortable; shower was great. There was lots of parking near outside doors.

I had to return to the desk from 3rd floor 3 times because our keys didn't work. Turns out it must have been the lock on Rm 313. When he finally gave us a new room (301) key cards worked fine. Breakfast was a big disappointment though. Bread products (muffins, etc.) had just come out of the refrigerator and there seemed to be very little else to eat.

We enjoyed everything else about the hotel.

Well, there were stickers in the bathroom on the mirror confirming what our check-in person said: that our room and towels would be taken care of every other day. But nobody did that for us the 4 days/3 nights we were there, so the towels were never replaced and beds were never made. A good bit disappointing. Also, we would have loved some waffles in place of bagels.

- Price / quality ratio was the best around Dallas. - Everything is new/modern/comfortable. Bed, pillows, sofa, table, chair, bathroom - all good.

- No concerns except that my room was a bit in the noisy area, I could hear/feel external air conditioner unit and of course the highway noise. If I picked up (or was assigned) the room on the other side - it would have been perfect. - Breakfast was super basic.

Staff was respectful and helpful while dealing with my stay . I am dealing with my dads murder and they staff has been very supportive

Being a former owner of a construction company, I see many things the hotels needs to update and fix. It would make the hotel a much more desired place to stay. If I wasn’t going through so much at the moment , I would have talked to manager about this issue and offered a way to update the hotel and gladly bid to do the job.

The beds listed as "queen size" are definitely FULL SIZE! Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Had to stop elsewhere for. If you are going to offer breakfast, at least have the hard boiled eggs warm instead of frozen. Some other protein would have been nice

I had an exceptional stay at Spark by Hilton Richardson! The modern rooms were immaculately clean, and the staff were friendly . The location was perfect for nice restaurant near by. Overall, I highly recommend Spark by Hilton Richardson for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great value. Will definitely stay here again!

Location and staff. Near to everything.

The Wi-Fi got busted and it took them seven days to fix. It is an urgent need and they should have fixed it on priority. The breakfast was okay but they did not put up all items everyday. so it was like eat what you get. Some of the facility needs up gradation too.

Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable. They had breakfast and a small store area by the counter. The size of the room was decent.

The elevators and hallways had a funny smell, like cigarettes mixed with something else. We had asked for a vacuum to be left by our room because our son had made a mess of his snacks and it was never brought by they also never vacuumed for us. However we were able to get the toilet paper we asked for right away.
