Outdoor pool was awesome during summer in Texas Included breakfast was great Location on the Dallas Dart line. Unexpected bonus, the airport transfer via Dart was exceptionally good value at only $6

There were some bugs in the bathroom, particularly at night. Nothing too bad, but would be good if they were not there.

The Wi-Fi got busted and it took them seven days to fix. It is an urgent need and they should have fixed it on priority. The breakfast was okay but they did not put up all items everyday. so it was like eat what you get. Some of the facility needs up gradation too.

Staff was respectful and helpful while dealing with my stay . I am dealing with my dads murder and they staff has been very supportive

Being a former owner of a construction company, I see many things the hotels needs to update and fix. It would make the hotel a much more desired place to stay. If I wasn’t going through so much at the moment , I would have talked to manager about this issue and offered a way to update the hotel and gladly bid to do the job.

Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable. They had breakfast and a small store area by the counter. The size of the room was decent.

The elevators and hallways had a funny smell, like cigarettes mixed with something else. We had asked for a vacuum to be left by our room because our son had made a mess of his snacks and it was never brought by they also never vacuumed for us. However we were able to get the toilet paper we asked for right away.

My flight came in at 4am, I didn’t make it to the hotel until after 7am, even though my reservation got canceled as a no show, the customer service rep at the hotel Guni was so patient with me trying to help with solutions and accommodated to a great room, Thank you to the manager for also helping while he was away, Breakfast and the cranberry juice was Amazing, Thank You 😊

Check in time should be a bit earlier than 3 pm. One elevator was out of service

My air conditioner in my room would work for like 3 to 5 min and cut off it did this all night so it was difficult to cool the room for my child

upon arrival, I was advised by the manager the Booking.com or the property had accidentally oversold units, and that I did not have a room. he said the hotel would cover find me a very close alternate hotel at their cost. As it turned out, the manager did some juggling and did find me a spot in his hotel. He said he would get on another guest’s up coming reservation to fix the problem. great job!

Everything was good. Cleanliness, great staff, breakfast, and location was great off the beaten path but access to everything. Good entertainment, and shopping. Thanks for the hospitality. It was great.

Only one elevator. It was a little slow. Some other customers were a bit loud at breakfast But good.

Most of the staff were super nice, the rooms were really comfy and for the price in that location this is probably the best value you can get.

One of the front desk staff lady was rude and looked really annoyed at every question I'd ask. The first day I checked in, the other friendly front desk guy guided me to the restrooms at the lobby when I asked. But when I was checking out and had asked the rude lady about going to the lobby restroom, ironically the restroom went out of order. Hope she learns how to be nicer to the guests.
