no one informed me that breakfast had to be paid for, it would have been nice if at check in, I was asked if I wanted to add it, I totally thought it was included and it was embarrassing to be questioned by the staff!

It was clean and the staff was nice.

It’s not that we didn’t like it, it was just old with lots of bad carpentry work. Sheetrock was redone terribly. The tub had a patch in it as well.

My welcome was wonderful and the people who work there are very kind. Room was quite and air conditioner was on so the room was cool when I got there. Convenience store was very nice and breakfast was wonderful.

I had no full length mirror in the room! No ice machine on my floor and I was put at the very end of a hallway and it wasn't very efficient.

The hotel staff members were so wonderful, from the check-in clerks to the shuttle drivers. There were a few VERY minor things that showed the building isn't brand new any more, but absolutely nothing that would compromise your safety or comfort. And it's close to so many places to eat!!

My brother booked it, I paid. Price was very good and the hotel was very clean. Man at counter was friendly and kind.

when a person comes off the elevator there is no sign saying which way to go. Most hotels have a placard that shows for example: Rooms 300 -350 >(this way with arrow) and Rooms 350-400<(this way). The TV volume was very low in our room but it wasnt a big deal b/c we got there so late we couldnt watch much tv anyway. No vending machines, was disappointed in that. There was a tiny shop in the lobby to purchase a $2 16oz soda and snacks but they charge $5 if you use a debit card so best to have cash.

Nice, clean and quiet. Conveniently located. Breakfast at Restaurant good as well.

Breakfast buffet was great. Having a restaurant on the hotel was very conveniently for us. The location was good. The outside of the hotel was very nice.

It was in a great location .The room was so big and spotless .The staff could not do enough for you.Maggie Gebre on the front desk was a perfect hostess.Could not fault the hotel.
