Awesome location for Job travel, the staff at the front desk was very well communicated and good attitude, overall of the hotel is good, The room studio was very well equipped for work and living there for a couple of days, the mini market near the front desk has the basic requirements for drinks and snacks, but also for breakfast, and the free coffee is enough for hotel expectations,

Probably the only improvement points are: - That I was not able to run out the induction stove, I never understood the control panel and the bottoms for use that, probably add more detailed instructions, - The fridge makes a lot of noise, also the air-conditioning didn't have any control to power off - The cookware is not totally clean, probably not used for a long period of time, but feels a little dirty.

Very spacious and comfodouble with full refrigerator stove top microwave dishwasher. Certainly we'll stay here again. There was a recliner chair that came in very handy for me to sleep in Because I have a Back problem. A TV in the living room and in the bedroom was very nice. Very spacious bathroom

Very spacious, convenience and comfortable. Got the kitchenette with kitchenware facility to use for breakfast and quick lunch. Plenty parking spaces. Front desk staff is very helpful.

Location was great; right off of the highway. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were very nice, especially on a busy weekend for OU-Texas.

The bathroom needed some attention. The shower didn't drain properly, and there was hair from the last guest on the floor when I arrived. It seemed that the cleaning staff gave the counters and toilet a good cleaning, but not the floor.

Loved that our room was close to the door to exit...bottom floor. Room was a good size even with full size fridge..stove top. I will definitely stay again when we come back to Plano ! The price was great ! There was no breakfast served which was fine. We don't ever do breakfast in hotels. We always bring our own travel size food items, snacks and drinks . Definitely a great place to stay ! Loved it ❤️

..The entrance was lacking. We drove all the way around it due to we did not think that was the entrance. It is not lit up enough at night as an entrance. Otherwise all was awesome 👌!! The below question about the property, the no is for entrance ONLY.

The staff at the desk, Albert was very professional and kind. He was very accommodating and polite! Very helpful when I had to change rooms.

I had to request to change my first room because I pulled back the sheets and there was a LARGE BLOODY STAIN in the middle of the mattress!! THAT’S someone’s body fluid!! It was totally disgusting! The second room’s kitchen floor was dirty and there were brown stains on the walls in the bathroom! Also, there were customers smoking cannabis in their rooms which filled the hallways on the 5th floor!!! I realize people have to use it for medicinal reasons but when in a public facility, they should resort to the cannabis without the smell.

Everything was very good! I enjoy the convenience of microwave and refrigerator options. The location was good for food, shopping and to downtown and the airport

The lady working at the front desk was very friendly. Our ice maker was not turned on and she provided me with a canister of ice while our ice maker was turned on and making ice. Seems like a little thing, but we didn't need to wait on ice thanks to her since our stay was a short one.

Due to the layout of the property, most of the parking is around the building from the front entrance. There was a badge access door closer, which is convenient for longer term guests. This wasn't really a problem for us.

Very clean and comfortable room.

Only thing that I thought could be added was a towel for the floor when getting out of the shower or more big towels to use for that.

i love the way the property is run. Very nice and accommodating and decently clean rooms however, the laundry room needs some work. i am hyper-allergic to mold and it’s loaded with it. Hard to wash clothes, only to infect your room with spores from laundry room. Facility definitely needs some upkeep, in regard to the amenities. thanks for having us! Nice people working there..
