The pillows and bed were exceptionally comfortable. When I first arrived, it smelled like marjuana in the elevator. The room was clean and comfortable. They even had a bench in the tub. Made it so much easier and comfortable to use. The staff was good.

That it was on second floor. All the way down the hall at the end. I’m retired and have limited breathing complications. Not there problem. Had to take time and easy to get my things from car there.

There was a woman that argued with a woman at the front desk only to find out that all she had to do was listen without reacting. Her frustration caused unnecessary anger for herself. The guest remained calm as the worker just continued to escalate her voice ( making a scene). By the time the woman was heard the worker noticed she was wrong by never apologized. Ethics and respect need to be inforced to all workers. There's multiple people that need to enjoy this location. But too many bad situations can bring this great hotel bad reviews.

The room I was in had open and close blinds and you could open the window as well.

When I arrived there was a lot of confusion with the room. When they gave the room key to me it was still being cleaned. I arrived on time at 3pm to check in. I never experienced this before at any motel or hotel and I travel a lot. I had to wait around 30 minutes for a different room to be ready for vacant.

I was SHOCKED! ALTHOUGH I WAS IN A SMOKING ROOM. THERE WASN'T SIGNS OF SMOKING!! VERY VERY VERY CLEAN AND FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE. EAT OFF THE FLOOR BATHROOM ( 😆). VERY NICE STAFF. The bed was so comfortable. And the sheets, towels and room was clean

The cleanliness of the entire hotel. I loved that I could smoke comfortably. The kitchenette came with everything I needed. Even a toaster!! Towels were plentiful and they were WHITE. VERY VERY CLEAN BATHROOMS! I would recommend them to anyone

Studio setting is really nice. I was impressed.

Soda machine broken. No laundry detergent. No quarters for change. I asked the front desk to have room service skip my room for the day, and they still came in and did the room while I was gone. I didn't need that. I didn't want that.

Comfortable

I signed up for non smoking room and got a smoking room and room smelled like marijuana. I wanted a refund but I was told I could not get one.

Just keep your room clean and you won’t have a problem

The property was clean. I love the rooms, the studio layout was perfect and it wasn’t too noisy.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
