Very clean and facility are new and modern. The gym is small but have all the equipments I need including a Peleton bike, which is a pleasant surprise. The staff is so friendly and considerate! I asked if I can pay for a late checkout, and they don’t have a policy for chargeable late checkout. However, the staff gave me a complimentary late checkout till 1:30pm! I appreciate a lot for The nice gesture! One last thing, the breakfast is better than many other hotels I have been to.

Everything was great but the rooms were way too loud. At night we couldn’t sleep well because the walls were so thin that I could hear the people next to my room also there were some dogs barking. My room was the first floor and the laundry room was on top of my room so I could also hear the washers going on and on until late. I loved the hotel but wasn’t pleasant to sleep

The location was great, the room nice but there were some dirty dishes inside the dishwasher. Staff members were nice and friendly . Breakfast was great as well

Hotel was clean and tidy. Room had a kitchen in it, which gave you a good fridge etc. The bed was comfortable. We stayed here as it was a good location to go and visit South Fork Ranch. There are lots of good restaurants over the road so you won't go hungry. Longhorn Steak House did a very lovely meal.

We didn't like the connecting rooms, which seemed a theme throughout our visit. We had a very loud neighbour for the first night so didn't get a great nights sleep, even putting towels at the bottom of the door didn't help.

The breakfast. The best thing about the breakfast was the breakfast sandwiches, but they only put like two out at a time and no one could figure out how to use the waffle maker. The layout of the breakfast area was confusing in general. Besides the sandwiches and possible waffles , if you can figure it out, there weren’t a lot of other options. I recommend “Poor Richards Cafe”

I loved the friendly staff, they really went above and beyond during my family’s stay. The rooms were nice and spacious. The bathroom was clean and a good size. The breakfast was amazing.

The pool was kind of small but other than that I enjoyed every thing else.

It was close to the family I was visiting. The room had plenty of space and I was able to have family in and have room to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

It was very nice and in a very nice area. The rooms were so nice and the bed and the sheets were so comfortable! The kitchenette was handy to have as well.

There was an a/c leak in our room that left the carpet by the a/c wet.

Loved that the room has full kitchen and living room section. Almost like a studio apartment

The noise. I know the hotel can't help what the guest do, or how often they bang in and out of rooms, or talk in hallways, but thicker walls/doors may have helped.

I loved the breakfast. There were plenty of choices. I was really happy that parking was for free. The room service lady, Samira, was wonderful. I loved the little kitchen. It had everything I needed. The fridge was bigger than I expected which was great. The dishwasher was filled with dishes, cups etc which came in very handy. There was also a toaster. Having free coffee and tea all day is great. The view was really nice from my room.

I wish that you can extend your breakfast hours and give free access to a faster wifi service.

Room facilities were excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

It was just a bit far from the cbd. However it was a good location for our son's baseball tournament.
