After many stays the room never disappoints us. Always clean, cool and fully stocked. I wish they’d bring back the waffles and pastries on the breakfast bar though! Location is excellent for everything we normally do when we make the trip.

Loosing waffles! The handicap parking on the west side of the building are very small. They put a ramp by it but the railing is right at door level when you pull in. If they modified the decorative island on the left side, parking coul be moved over to allow your door to fully open.

Staff was very nice, friendly, and very helpful. Room was very nice, clean, and spacious.

Issues with checking in due to using booking.com and had to pay for room again.

Room was very clean and fresh. Staff as usual was fantastic! Breakfast was breakfast. The usual! But hot coffee 24 hrs a day always helps. Also available snacks and drinks at the check in desk.

Carpet in the room. It was clean and smelled good but they’ve been replacing it with vinyl flooring. Just takes time

The mgr (black lady - sorry I don't remember name) was very nice and accommodating when I booked room; was just as nice when we checked in. We had a few special requests on our booking and she met all of them. I loved having a key that you just hold up instead of inserting and it worked every time. Every one of the staff were friendly. Bathroom was large, very clean, looked new. The breakfast was wonderful - had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, juice, milk, asstmt of breads, incl. bagels/cream cheese. The man manning the breakfast didn't stop for a minute - all the pans filled and fresh. A lady manned it on Monday and she did the same. They were amazing, very impressive, friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Also liked not having carpet since we always have dogs with us. BTW, the lobby decor is beautiful

I slept on the sofa bed, and the mattress was awful - very thin, felt the springs; didn't come with a blanket. The lighting in the room is horrible. Need a lot higher wattage. This is my biggest complaint at most motels.

Location to the area I was working and it was reasonable. Offers breakfast. Front desk people are always nice.

Having the room serviced. I filled out the card and both the evening desk person and morning desk person put notes to have the room serviced for fresh towels and making the bed and housekeeping didn’t do it. The last day we were there it was done and the sweet gal at the front desk even checked.

Roomy with microwave & mini-fridge. Sofa bed was ready just as we requested. Staff was helpful & friendly, location great. Breakfast OK.

Awesome location, the breakfast was wonderful, and I loved the 24 hr coffee bar. Room was very clean

Nothing to not like about this location, except that there was a strange motor oil smell lingering around outside and in the lobby.

The facility was very clean and the atmosphere walking in was very welcoming. The front desk clerks was really nice and helpful with questions we had. The breakfast was good compared to some other places we have booked.

The elevator was really old, so at one point we got stuck and needed additional help before we could get off. We proceeded to take the stairs after that experience. Also, the place was clean and had a pleasant smell walking in and in the halls but the room had a foul odor so we had to spray air freshener to kill the smell. *The price for the stay was good but the deposit of $100 took longer than 24 hrs to return to my account which they don't tell you ahead of time, also, there was an extra charge on my account that they were no help with trying to resolve.

Room had plenty of room. Sofa turned into a comfortable bed. Had the advantage of a comfortable sofa during the day. Breakfast was ok. They’ve reduced it a bit I’m sure to save money but still tasty.

Two of the handicap parking spaces on the west side are small. It looks like they built the ramp with handrails before they thought about how much room was left for parking.

Exceptionally kind and helpful staff As we stayed for several nights, we used printed and computer; Since the street lights were very intense, we could cover window with special thick curtain which is a plus. The beds are super comfy 👍 We liked the breakfast choices and the helper lady, she was very assistive and kind.

The carpet in the elevator is dirty.
