The woman we dealt with at check in at the desk was as about as friendly as a rock! The young man I dealt with when I paid 4.50 for an ice cream bar 😠. He never even spoke to me. No thank you, no kiss my butt. Crickets! This bugs me because I’m coming into your hotel spending a lot of money(we stayed 2 nights. Room was nice & clean but shower had no water pressure. Other than your unfriendly employees it was a great stay. Just remember your employees represent your company. I would be talking to them about it because that is a big turn off when paying Biden prices for EVERYTHING. Makes ya not want to go anywhere and spend the LITTLE bit of money that we have. We checked in Friday and left Sunday. Thank you Jon Pulliam

Other than rock friendly employees it was great.

Breakfast was & had a varied selection from which to choose. All was continually being cleaned as people were finished & left. My room was clean & very comfy! 👌

Room didn’t have a blow dryer, but was provided when requested. There was no remote in the room. The remote provided upon request did not work. Second trip to front desk- Remote- did not work. THIRD trip to the front desk- they gave me batteries with it just in case the batteries were dead-they were-put in new batteries and it finally worked!!! These are things a good maid should have noticed, because once you’ve checked in, you want to relax!!!

The room was spacious for a hotel. We enjoyed not feeling like we were in a confined space. The shower is also nice, as good as a guest room in our house. The young man that greeted was nice enough, though I would suggest he speak a little more clearly. Thank you.

The pillows could have been better. We will probably bring our own pillows next time. What happened to the Gideons Bible being in the hotel? Anyway, There was not anything else that we had problems with. Thank you.

The desk staff wasn’t overly friendly when I arrived 30 minutes before the official check in time. I asked if it was possible to check in and with little to no emotion checked the computer and told me the room wasn’t ready. They made no attempt to be more helpful than that. So I went and drove around the neighboring parking lots for 30 minutes. The desk staff didn’t act as if they were enjoying their job.

Booking.com (you guys) never sent my reservation over and when I got there after driving 10 hours they didn't have my reservation. So I had to just book a room through them. Then when I called you to explain what happened you told me that there was no cancelation allowed. Shame on you

Breakfast was excellent and very good location to access Restaurants, Costco, Walmart etc.

Hot water is inadequate while taking shower! It is the problem in shower only as good hot water comes in the sink. Also, it took two days to get replaced a broken microwave.

Loved the location, the huge & very comfortable room, excellent breakfast, coffee out all day & most especially the staff being exceptional in their warmth, care & efficiency!!

The room was very nice and clean.

There were two employees at the desk. One was helping a guest and the other looked like she was on the computer. She didn't acknowledge us as we were waiting to be tended. Once the guy finished with the first guest, he acknowledged us and proceeded to help us.

Clean facility. Easy access to and from road. Breakfast was great!

Needed extra pillows for pull out mattresses. East fox although kids did day pull out was a bit lumpy. Overall suited our needs.

The breakfast was the best! Each day there was something different. We stayed 3 nights. Food was hot and fresh. Serving area was clean! Staff was nice.
