Everything . It is in an amazing spot. It’s quiet. The staff are so friendly. I haven’t had hot breakfast in a hotel in years so it was very nice being able to get hot breakfast where we didn’t have to go so far. And the selection was amazing

The thing I didn’t like was I wanted to add an extra day but I couldn’t I had to make a separate reservation which made me had to pay two deposit fee. Which was $50. And also the last thing had nothing to do with the property but the booking site. The mislead in the description of the bedrooms. I booked the suite assuming we had separate bedrooms. But realized it’s all three beds in one room. So I was very disappointed in that.

Great location and the free breakfast was decent! Room with big and cozy with a mini fridge and microwave which is super nice! Decently clean!

There was a questionable brown smear on the wall next to the toilet, but I cleaned it with some sanitizer. The front desk was hit and miss and when I asked about laundry service one person said it was $3, but another person said they don't offer that. Was a little confused, but realized the last day that there is a guest laundry service that I had missed. I guess they meant it was $3 to wash clothes there

Staff friendly and attentive. Food hot, fresh, pancake machine down the 5 days I was there. Very neat and clean. Enjoyed breakfast.

Pancake machine working, the bathroom vent didn't work tried to get a 5 am wake-up call, the operator didn't know how to do it Or transfer me to the front desk. Blankets could be a little heavier or Xtra blankets in the room. My room was never vacuumed the 5 days I was there.

i really liked the space of the room. The bed was my favorite part, so comfy! The bathroom body wash smelled SO GOOD & the water was so smooth, i felt so clean after showering. we loved it.

there were brown stains here & there in the bathroom, a lil sketchy & kind of gave me an ick feeling but didn’t ruin the aesthetic too much. The air also wouldn’t get cold fast enough.

The staff, reception, housekeeping, and breakfast area are excellent. You can walk to various restaurants, Costco, Target, Burlington, and the DART Parker Road station.

During the night, I was met with a pervasive scent of smoke seeping through the bathroom vents in room 421. Regrettably, there is no air extractor present to alleviate the situation.

The kids really enjoyed making their pancakes and everything was fresh. There was a nice variety of foods to choose from. The breakfast area was nice and clean and the staff was very warm and inviting.

Not really a complaint…..We didn’t have enough towels and house keeping did not come and replenish them. We had to go to the front desk, which was no big deal. Staff was very friendly and took care of the issue right away.

Clearly at some point before my stay the door to my room had been forced open with prying tools. Burglars or PD…who knows? Door jamb was damaged. Door didn’t shut properly. Had to make sure door was fully shut when leaving the room. Lock worked. Other than the door issue room was ok.

Tyler was very pleasant. When we checked in he greeted us with a big smile. He made us feel very welcomed. Anytime we had a question or needed something he was fast to assist us. Anytime we walked by and he was there, he always asked how our stay was.

Could have had better selection for Breakfast. Maybe add bacon, grits abd premade oatmeal. Also in our room the sink faucet leaked when you turned it on. We did reoort it and was fixed.

Absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast every morning. Housekeeping was always on point and our room was clean with clean towels! We were always greeted by any employee we saw.

There was a bit of mold in the ac unit and the washing machine smelled a bit musty and had gunk in it.

It was brand new and beautiful! the staff was friendly and attentive. We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants.

We were bummed the pool was closed :(. Also, on our last night there our room didn’t get serviced, so we ran out of toilet paper and coffee and the trash cans were over flowing. I could tell there were some odds and ends that still needed to be done with the new building - like our bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed without slamming it shut.
